Abstract
Description
도 1: (1) 세라믹의 매트릭스; (4) 본 발명에 따르지 않는 세공을 갖는, 선행 기술에 따른 세공 형성을 갖는 경량 내화성 세라믹의 미세구조의 개략도 (도 2와 유사한 방식으로 임의로 존재하는 가압 세라믹의 조대 입자는 명확성을 위해 도시하지 않음)
도 2: (1) 세라믹의 매트릭스; (2) 세공; (3) 조대 입자를 갖는, 본 발명의 방법에 따른 세공 형성을 갖는 경량 가압 내화성 세라믹의 미세구조의 개략도. 캐스트 세라믹은 조대 입자를 갖지 않는다.

Claims (14)
상기 세라믹 원료 조성물이 산화알루미늄 (Al2O3), 이산화규소 (SiO2), 산화크롬 (Cr2O3), 이산화지르코늄 (ZrO2), 산화티타늄(IV) (TiO2), 산화마그네슘 (MgO), 산화주석 (SnO), 멀라이트 (3Al2O3*2SiO2), 스피넬 (MgO*Al2O3), 지르코늄 실리케이트 (ZrO2*SiO2), 칼슘 알루미네이트 (6Al2O3*CaO, CaO*Al2O3), 포스테라이트 (2MgO*SiO2), 칼슘 실리케이트 (2CaO*SiO2), 칼슘 지르코네이트 (2CaO*ZrO2), 근청석 (2MgO*2Al2O3*5SiO2), 알루미늄 티타네이트 (Al2O3*TiO2) 또는 이들 물질의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 물질의 제조 방법.
