Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 세라믹 원료 조성물을, 세라믹 원료 조성물 및 중합체 입자의 합계를 기준으로 0.5 내지 90 중량%의, 5 ㎛ 내지 3 mm 범위의 직경을 갖는 구형 중합체 입자와 혼합하는 것, 이 혼합물을 가압하여 세라믹 물질을 생성하는 것, 세라믹 원료 조성물이 10 중량% 초과의, 0.6 mm보다 큰 세라믹 입자를 함유하는 것, 및 후속적으로 이 혼합물을 건조시키고 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세라믹 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구형 중합체 입자가 모노모달 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구형 중합체 입자가 280℃ 미만의 천정 온도를 갖는 중합체로 구성되는 것, 및 세라믹 원료 조성물을 상기 천정 온도보다 100℃ 이상 높은 온도에서 베이킹하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리옥시메틸렌 또는 폴리-α-메틸스티렌인 것, 및 입자가 10 ㎛ 내지 200 ㎛ 범위의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리메타크릴레이트가 25 중량% 이상의 산소 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체가 80 중량% 이상의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 함량을 갖는 폴리메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹 원료 조성물에 첨가되는 중합체 입자의 비율이 40 내지 70 중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 입자가 열가소성 현탁 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 입자가 0.5 내지 2.0 범위의 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 20 부피% 초과의 세공 비율을 갖는 것, 및 세공들이 고립되어 있고 구형인 것을 특징으로 하며, 세라믹 원료 조성물을, 세라믹 원료 조성물 및 중합체 입자의 합계를 기준으로 0.5 내지 90 중량%의, 5 ㎛ 내지 3 mm 범위의 직경을 갖는 구형 중합체 입자와 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 가압하여 세라믹 물질을 생성하고, 세라믹 원료 조성물이 10 중량% 초과의, 0.6 mm보다 큰 세라믹 입자를 함유하고, 후속적으로 이 혼합물을 건조시키고 소성시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내화성 세라믹 물질.
- 제10항에 있어서, 40 내지 70 부피% 범위의 세공 비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 세공이 5 ㎛ 내지 200 ㎛ 범위의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제10항에 있어서, 결합제가 번-아웃된 물질이 0.05 중량% 미만의 그을음 비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제10항, 제11항 및 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단열 물질로서, 블라스트 노(blast furnace) 또는 반응기에서의 작업 라이닝 또는 내부 단열재로서, 반응기 구성에서 촉매에 대한 지지체 물질로서, 터널 가마 대차(tunnel kiln car)의 구성에, 루핑 타일(roofing tile)로서, 벽 타일로서, 주방 세라믹으로서, 또는 장신구 제조에 사용되는 물질.
