Description
Claims (20)
- 심부와 초부를 갖는 심초 복합섬유로서, 심초 복합섬유가 이산화타이타늄을 1 내지 3질량% 함유하며, 심부가 굴절률 A의 수지를 포함하고, 초부가 굴절률 B의 수지를 포함하되, A 및 B가 이하의 식(1)을 만족하며, 심부와 초부의 체적비가 1/4 내지 1/10이며, 단섬유 섬도가 3dtex 이하인 심초 복합섬유.
|A-B|≥0.01 ···(1) - 심부와 초부를 갖는 심초 복합섬유로서, 심초 복합섬유가 이산화타이타늄을 1 내지 3질량% 함유하며, 심부가 열전도율(W/m·K) C의 수지를 포함하고, 초부가 열전도율(W/m·K) D의 수지를 포함하되, C 및 D가 이하의 식(2)를 만족하고, 심부와 초부의 체적비가 1/4 내지 1/10이며, 단섬유 섬도가 3dtex 이하인 심초 복합섬유.
|C-D|≥0.01 ···(2) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
심부가 폴리올레핀 수지를 포함하고, 초부가 폴리에스터 수지를 포함하는 심초 복합섬유. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리에틸렌 수지 또는 폴리프로필렌 수지인 심초 복합섬유. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
폴리올레핀 수지의 융점이 130℃ 내지 180℃의 범위 내인 심초 복합섬유. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
폴리에스터 수지가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지인 심초 복합섬유. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지가 다음 식(3) 및 (4)를 만족하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지인 심초 복합섬유.

(단, s 및 a는, 각각 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 중의 설포아이소프탈산 단위의 공중합률(몰%) 및 탄소수 2 내지 8의 지방족 다이카복실산의 공중합률(몰%)이다.) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
다음 식(5)를 만족하는 심초 복합섬유.
10≤CMVR≤40 ···(5)
(단, CMVR은, 심부 및 초부에 포함된 수지 중 높은 융점을 갖는 수지의 융점보다 25℃ 높은 온도에 있어서, 낮은 융점을 갖는 수지의 MVR(cm3/10분)이다.) - 제 8 항에 있어서,
섬유축에 직각 방향의 단면 형상이 삼각, 사각, 중공 또는 Y형인 심초 복합섬유. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 심초 복합섬유로 이루어지는 가연 가공사.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 심초 복합섬유를, 이하의 (6) 내지 (8)을 만족하는 조건으로 가연 가공하는 가연 가공사의 제조방법.

(단, TL은 심부 및 초부에 포함된 수지 중 낮은 융점을 갖는 수지의 융점, TT는 가연 온도, K는 가연 계수, TE는 가연 장력을 나타낸다. 한편, 가연 계수는, 가연 가공이 실시된 섬유의 섬도와 가연수의 관계로 표시되는 계수이며, 하기의 식으로 표시된다.)
가연 계수 = 가연수(t/m)×(섬유의 섬도(dtex)÷10×9)1/2 - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 심초 복합섬유로 구성되고, 통기도가 240 내지 350cm3/cm2/초이며, 평량이 220 내지 300g/m2인 직편물로서, 이하의 (E) 및 (F) 중 적어도 하나를 만족하는 직편물.
(E) R값이 24 이하이다.
(F) 적외선 투과율이 32% 이하이다.
(단, R값은 차열성 시험에 의해서 측정되는 온도 상승(℃)이다.) - 제 13 항에 있어서,
섬유 중의 이산화타이타늄의 함유율이 1.4 내지 2(질량%)인 직편물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 심초 복합섬유로 구성된 직편물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,
평량이 40 내지 400g/m2인 직편물. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
심초 복합섬유를 표면사 또는 이면사, 또는 이들 둘다로 하여 리버서블 편지로 편성한 직편물. - 제 11 항에 기재된 가연 가공사로 구성된 직편물.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,
평량이 40 내지 400g/m2인 직편물. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
가연 가공사를 표면사 또는 이면사, 또는 이들 둘다로 하여 리버서블 편지로 편성한 직편물.
