- 제 1 항에 있어서, Ar1 이 중심 질소 원자에의 결합에 대하여 오르토 위치에서 6-원 고리 상에 결합되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 아미노기를 함유하는 아릴 화합물 및 이탈기를 함유하는 아릴 화합물을 전이 금속 촉매화 커플링 반응으로 서로 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,제 1 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 집적 회로 (O-IC), 유기 전계-효과 트랜지스터 (O-FET), 유기 박막 트랜지스터 (O-TFT), 유기 발광 트랜지스터 (O-LET), 유기 태양 전지 (O-SC), 유기 광학 검출기, 유기 광수용체, 유기 전계-켄치 소자 (O-FQD), 발광 전기화학 전지 (LEC), 유기 레이저 다이오드 (O-laser) 및 유기 전계발광 소자 (OLED) 로부터 선택되는 전자 소자.
