Abstract
Description
도 2a 는 전기 모터의 포지티브 회전 방향의 경우 할당된 전력 반도체 스위치를 스위칭 오프시키는 모터 위치각들을 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한 것이다.
도 2b 는 전기 모터의 네거티브 회전 방향의 경우 할당된 전력 반도체 스위치를 스위칭 오프시키는 모터 위치각들을 갖는 다이어그램을 도시한 것이다.
도 3 은 종래 기술에 따른 도 1 에 대응하는 개략도를 도시한 것이다.
도 4 는 본 발명에 따른 디바이스의 개략도를 도시한 것이다.
도 5 는 제 2 의 예시적인 실시형태의 개략 회로도를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 브러시리스 전기 모터 (1) 를 동작시키는 방법으로서,
상기 전기 모터의 권선들 (U, V, W) 은 6개의 스위치들 (5) 을 이용하여 AC 변환기 (3) 에 의해 제어되고, 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 는 상기 전기 모터 (1) 의 권선들 (U, V, W) 에 할당된 3개의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 을 포함하고, 각각의 전력 반도체 스위치 (2) 는 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 과 상기 권선들 (U, V, W) 사이에 배열되고, 결함 스위치들 (5) 을 검출하는 검출 유닛 (10), 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 에서 전압을 측정하는 유닛 (11), 및 모터 위치각 () 을 결정하는 모터 위치각 센서 (6) 가 제공되며,
상기 AC 변환기 (3) 는, 결함 스위치 (5) 의 검출 이후에, 전력이 더 이상 상기 전기 모터 (1) 의 권선들 (U, V, W) 로 도입되지 않고 또한 상기 모터 위치각 센서 (6) 가 미리 정의된 모터 위치각 () 에서 상기 전력 반도체 스위치들 (2) 을 연속적으로 개방하는 방식으로, 스위칭 오프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 전기 모터를 동작시키는 방법. - 브러시리스 전기 모터 (1) 를 동작시키는 디바이스로서,
상기 전기 모터의 권선들 (U, V, W) 은 6개의 스위치들 (5) 을 이용하여 AC 변환기 (3) 에 의해 제어되고, 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 는 상기 전기 모터 (1) 의 권선들 (U, V, W) 에 할당된 3개의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 을 포함하고, 각각의 전력 반도체 스위치 (2) 는, 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 과 상기 권선들 (U, V, W) 사이에 배열되고, 결함 스위치들 (5) 을 검출하는 검출 유닛 (10), 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 에서 전압을 측정하는 유닛 (11), 및 모터 위치각 () 을 결정하는 모터 위치각 센서 (6) 가 제공되며,
상기 AC 변환기 (3) 는, 결함 스위치 (5) 의 검출 이후에 마이크로제어기 (4) 에 의해, 전력이 더 이상 상기 전기 모터 (1) 의 권선들 (U, V, W) 로 도입되지 않고 또한 상기 모터 위치각 센서 (6) 가 미리 정의된 모터 위치각 () 에서 상기 전력 반도체 스위치들 (2) 을 연속적으로 개방하도록 설계되는 방식으로, 스위칭 오프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 전기 모터를 동작시키는 디바이스. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 전력 반도체 스위치들 (2) 은 전력 MOSFET 트랜지스터들로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 전기 모터를 동작시키는 디바이스. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 결함 스위치들 (5) 을 검출하는 유닛 (10) 및 상기 AC 변환기 (3) 의 출력부들 (17, 18, 19) 에서 전압을 측정하는 유닛 (11) 은 상기 마이크로제어기 (4) 에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 전기 모터를 동작시키는 디바이스.
