Claims (10)
- 편광막 전구물에 대해 가교 처리를 진행하여, 편광막을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 편광막의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 가교 처리는, 가교 탱크 중에 반응 용액을 첨가하고, 또한 이온 교환 수지로 가교 탱크 중의 반응 용액의 양이온과 이온 교환 반응을 진행하여, 수소 이온을 제공하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가교 탱크 중의 반응 용액은 요오드화 칼륨을 포함하며, 또한 상기 이온 교환 수지는 상기 요오드화 칼륨의 칼륨 이온을 수소 이온으로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가교 탱크 중의 반응 용액은 요오드화 아연을 포함하며, 또한 상기 이온 교환 수지는 상기 요오드화 아연의 아연 이온을 수소 이온으로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가교 처리는 pH 2 내지 pH 5 하에서 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제조 방법은, 상기 가교 처리 전에, 상기 편광막 전구물에 대해 팽윤 처리 및 염색 처리를 진행하며,
또한 상기 가교 처리 후에, 순서에 따라 상기 편광막 전구물에 대해 세정 처리 및 건조 처리를 진행하고, 그 중 상기 염색 처리 및 상기 가교 처리를 진행할 때, 상기 편광막 전구물에 대해 연신 처리를 진행하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가교 탱크 중의 반응 용액은 황산, 아세트산, 글루콘산을 포함하지 아니하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가교 처리는 10℃ 내지 70℃ 하에서 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이온 교환 수지는 양이온 교환 수지 또는 양쪽성 이온 교환 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 양이온 교환 수지는 강산성 양이온 교환 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 편광막 전구물은 폴리비닐 알코올 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광막의 제조 방법.
