도 4는 본 발명의 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트를 사용하여 얻은 장식 성형품의 제2 형태의 단면을 나타낸 모식도이다.

Claims (16)
- 베이스 필름 위에 적어도 금속 박막층 및 표면 보호층을 이 순서로 갖는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트이며, 상기 표면 보호층이 폴리카르보네이트(메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 아크릴 실리콘(메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물을 포함하여 이루어지는 층이고,
상기 아크릴 실리콘(메트)아크릴레이트는 1 분자 중에, 아크릴 수지 구조의 일부가 실록산 결합(Si-O)으로 치환되어 있으며, 또한 관능기로서 아크릴 수지의 측쇄 및/또는 주쇄 말단에 (메트)아크릴로일옥시기를 2개 이상 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 박막층과 상기 표면 보호층이 직접 접촉하여 밀착하거나 또는 프라이머층을 개재하여 밀착하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 박막층과 상기 표면 보호층 사이에 투명 필름층을 갖는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 필름의 25℃에서의 인장 탄성률이 상기 투명 필름층의 25℃에서의 인장 탄성률보다 1000MPa 이상 큰 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 투명 필름층과 상기 베이스 필름의 41 내지 50℃의 온도 영역에서의 선 팽창률의 차의 절댓값이 4/10000 이하인 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 투명 필름층과 상기 표면 보호층 사이에 프라이머층을 갖는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 투명 필름층이 폴리에스테르계 수지 필름층인 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물이 다관능 (메트)아크릴레이트를 더 포함하는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 (메트)아크릴레이트가 3관능 이상인 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속 박막층이 인듐, 주석, 크롬 또는 알루미늄 박막층인 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속 박막층과 상기 베이스 필름 사이에, 아크릴 수지 및/또는 염화비닐-아세트산 비닐 공중합체를 포함하는 접착층을 갖는 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트를 사용하여 이루어지는 장식 성형품.
- 박리 시트 위에 금속 박막층을 형성하는 공정,
상기 금속 박막층을 베이스 필름 위에 전사하는 공정,
베이스 필름 위의 박리 시트를 벗겨내는 공정,
박리 시트를 벗겨낸 표면에 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물층을 적층하는 공정, 및
상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물층을 가교 경화시켜서 표면 보호층을 형성하는 공정을 갖고
상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물층은 폴리카르보네이트(메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 아크릴 실리콘(메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 가교 경화한 것이며,
상기 아크릴 실리콘(메트)아크릴레이트는 1 분자 중에, 아크릴 수지 구조의 일부가 실록산 결합(Si-O)으로 치환되어 있으며, 또한 관능기로서 아크릴 수지의 측쇄 및/또는 주쇄 말단에 (메트)아크릴로일옥시기를 2개 이상 갖고 있는 것인 장식 시트의 제조 방법. - (a) 박리 시트 위에 프라이머층을 형성하는 공정,
(b) 상기 프라이머층 위에 금속 박막층을 형성하는 공정,
(c) 상기 프라이머층 및 금속 박막층을 베이스 필름 위에 전사하는 공정,
(d) 박리 시트를 벗겨내는 공정,
(e) 상기 프라이머층 위에 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물층을 적층하는 공정, 및
(f) 상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물층을 가교 경화시켜서 표면 보호층을 형성하는 공정
을 갖고,
상기 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물층은 폴리카르보네이트(메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 아크릴 실리콘(메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 전리 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 가교 경화한 것이며,
상기 아크릴 실리콘(메트)아크릴레이트는 1 분자 중에, 아크릴 수지 구조의 일부가 실록산 결합(Si-O)으로 치환되어 있으며, 또한 관능기로서 아크릴 수지의 측쇄 및/또는 주쇄 말단에 (메트)아크릴로일옥시기를 2개 이상 갖고 있는 것인 장식 시트의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트의 표면 보호층 측을 금형 내를 향하여 열반에 의해 상기 표면 보호층 측으로부터 상기 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트를 가열하는 공정,
가열된 상기 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트를 금형 내 형상을 따르도록 예비 성형하여 금형 내면에 밀착시켜서 형 체결하는 공정,
사출 수지를 금형 내에 사출하는 공정, 및
상기 사출 수지가 냉각된 후에 금형으로부터 장식 성형품을 취출하는 공정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 성형품의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 삼차원 성형용 장식 시트를 진공 성형 형틀에 의해 미리 입체 형상으로 성형하는 진공 성형 공정,
여분의 부분을 트리밍하여 성형 시트를 얻는 공정,
상기 성형 시트를 사출 성형 형틀에 삽입하고, 사출 성형 형틀을 닫고, 유동 상태의 수지를 형틀 내에 사출하여 수지와 성형 시트를 일체화하는 공정
을 갖는 장식 성형품의 제조 방법.
