Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能坐便器座圈加工方法和智能坐便器座圈,解决现有加热座圈工艺稳定性差的技术问题。包括在座圈模具中注塑成型座圈基体;其中,座圈模具包括公模和母模;打开座圈模具,在座圈基体上覆盖加热材料;将保护薄膜层置于公模模腔中,将公模与母模合模,在加热材料上层注塑成型座圈覆盖层,并使得保护薄膜层基于合模热度实现与座圈覆盖层的结合,最终形成了从而上包含座圈基体、加热材料、座圈覆盖层和保护薄膜层等四层合体的座圈,与现有技术相比无需上下层粘贴或焊接的步骤,节省了制作成本,且整个制作工艺中通过注塑、开模和二次注塑的方式,结合合模热度即完成了整个座圈的加工步骤,工艺过程简单,且工艺稳定性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于智能坐便器技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种智能坐便器座圈加工方法和智能坐便器座圈。
背景技术
智能坐便器因拥有许多特别的功能而在市场中得以推广,如臀部清洗、女性清洗、座圈保温、暖风烘干、自动除臭、静音落座等。
其中,座圈保温功能是通过在座圈中增加加热组件,将坐便器座圈的温度调整到人体感觉舒适的体温,尤其在冬天气温低的情况下,提高用户的使用舒适度。
目前,智能坐便器的座圈主要分为上下两层,加热组件以粘贴等方式安装在上层的背面,然后上下两层通过焊接或者粘贴的方式连接为一体,其缺点在于制作工艺复杂,工艺稳定性差,上下两层容易分体造成座圈的损坏。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种智能坐便器座圈加工方法和智能坐便器座圈,解决现有加热座圈工艺稳定性差的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用以下技术方案予以实现:
提出一种智能坐便器座圈加工方法,包括:在座圈模具中注塑成型座圈基体;其中,所述座圈模具包括公模和母模;打开所述座圈模具,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料;将保护薄膜层置于所述公模模腔中,将所述公模与所述母模合模,在所述加热材料上层注塑成型座圈覆盖层,并使得所述保护薄膜层基于合模热度实现与所述座圈覆盖层的结合,形成所述智能坐便器座圈。
进一步的,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料,具体为:将加热材料制成浆液;通过丝网印刷或移印的方式将制成浆液的加热材料印刷到所述座圈基体表面。
进一步的,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料,具体为:将所述加热材料粘贴在所述座圈基体表面。
进一步的,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料,还包括:所述加热材料的覆盖面积小于所述座圈基体的表面积。
进一步的,在将保护薄膜层置于所述公模中之前,所述方法还包括:加热保护薄膜;在高压空气条件下,将所述保护薄膜成型为座圈基体表面形状;刀模裁切出所述保护薄膜层。
提出一种智能坐便器座圈,使用上述的智能坐便器座圈加工方法制备而成。
与现有技术相比,本申请的优点和积极效果是:本申请提出的智能坐便器座圈加工方法和使用该方法制备的智能坐便器座圈中,在第一次合模时注塑成型座圈基体,打开模具后,在座圈基体上以丝网印刷或移印或粘贴的方式覆盖加热材料,而后将已经成型的保护薄膜层置于公模腔体中,并再次合模二次注塑,在加热材料上层注塑出座圈覆盖层,并基于合模的热度使得保护薄膜层与座圈覆盖层结合,最终形成了从而上包含座圈基体、加热材料、座圈覆盖层和保护薄膜层等四层合体的座圈,与现有技术中在上层背面增加加热组件后,通过粘贴或焊接等方式实现上下层合体形成座圈的方式,本申请实施例提出的加工方法无需上下层粘贴或焊接的步骤,节省了制作成本,且整个制作工艺中通过注塑、开模和二次注塑的方式,结合合模热度即完成了整个座圈的加工步骤,工艺过程简单,且工艺稳定性高,使得座圈的使用耐受期增长,提高了产品质量,保护薄膜层提高了座圈表面硬度,防止座圈使用过程中被诸如衣物上扣子等硬件刮花。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式作进一步详细地说明。
本申请旨在提供一种智能坐便器座圈加工方法和使用该加工方法制备的智能坐便器座圈,简化座圈加工工艺,提高工艺稳定性,解决现有加热座圈工艺稳定性差的技术问题。
具体的,如图1所示,本申请提出的智能坐便器座圈加工方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S11:在座圈模具中注塑成型座圈基体。
其中,座圈模具包括公模和母模两部分。
步骤S12:打开座圈模具,在座圈基体上覆盖加热材料。
打开座圈模具,本申请实施例中为打开公模部分,座圈基体保留在母模部分中不拿出,在座圈基体上覆盖加工成为浆液的加热材料。
具体的,可以通过丝网印刷或移印的方式将制成浆液的加热材料印刷到座圈基体表面,或通过普通的粘贴方式将加热材料粘贴至座圈基体表面。
步骤S13:将保护薄膜层置于公模模腔中,将公模与母模合模,在加热材料上层注塑成型座圈覆盖层,并使得保护薄膜层基于合模热度实现与座圈覆盖层的结合,形成智能坐便器座圈。
保护薄膜层为步骤之外预先采用如下方式制备而成:首先加热保护薄膜;其次,在高压空气条件下,将保护薄膜成型为座圈基体表面形状;最后,刀模裁切出保护薄膜层,并将保护薄膜层置于公模模腔中。
在将保护薄膜层置于公模模腔之后,将公模与母模合模实施二次注塑,在加热材料上层注塑成型座圈覆盖层103,如图2所示,此时,预先置入公模中的保护薄膜层104基于合模的热度实现与座圈覆盖层103的结合,形成包括座圈基体101、加热材料层102、座圈覆盖层104和保护薄膜层104共四层合体的座圈。这其中,保证加热材料的覆盖面积小于座圈基体的表面积以保持座圈的外观美感和防止加热材料外漏。
步骤S14:开模取出制备而成的智能坐便器座圈。
基于上述提出的智能坐便器座圈加工方法,本申请还提出一种智能坐便器座圈,使用本申请提出的智能坐便器座圈加工方法制备而成,结合如图2所示的座圈分层结构示意,在第一次合模时注塑成型座圈基体101,打开模具后,在座圈基体101上以丝网印刷或移印或粘贴的方式覆盖加热材料形成加热材料层102,而后将已经成型的保护薄膜层104置于公模腔体中,并再次合模二次注塑,在加热材料上层注塑出座圈覆盖层103,并基于合模的热度使得保护薄膜层104与座圈覆盖层103结合,最终形成了从而上包含座圈基体101、加热材料层102、座圈覆盖层103和保护薄膜层104等四层合体的座圈,与现有技术中在上层背面增加加热组件后,通过粘贴或焊接等方式实现上下层合体形成座圈的方式,本申请实施例提出的加工方法无需上下层粘贴或焊接的步骤,节省了制作成本,且整个制作工艺中通过注塑、开模和二次注塑的方式,结合合模热度即完成了整个座圈的加工步骤,工艺过程简单,且工艺稳定性高,使得加工成的座圈的使用耐受期增长,提高了产品质量,保护薄膜层提高了座圈表面硬度,防止座圈使用过程中被诸如衣物上扣子等硬件刮花。

Claims (6)
1.一种智能坐便器座圈加工方法,其特征在于,包括:
在座圈模具中注塑成型座圈基体;其中,所述座圈模具包括公模和母模;
打开所述座圈模具,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料;
将保护薄膜层置于所述公模模腔中,将所述公模与所述母模合模,在所述加热材料上层注塑成型座圈覆盖层,并使得所述保护薄膜层基于合模热度实现与所述座圈覆盖层的结合,形成所述智能坐便器座圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能坐便器座圈加工方法,其特征在于,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料,具体为:
将加热材料制成浆液;
通过丝网印刷或移印的方式将制成浆液的加热材料印刷到所述座圈基体表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能坐便器座圈加工方法,其特征在于,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料,具体为:
将所述加热材料粘贴在所述座圈基体表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能坐便器座圈加工方法,其特征在于,在所述座圈基体上覆盖加热材料,还包括:
所述加热材料的覆盖面积小于所述座圈基体的表面积。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能坐便器座圈加工方法,其特征在于,在将保护薄膜层置于所述公模中之前,所述方法还包括:
加热保护薄膜;
在高压空气条件下,将所述保护薄膜成型为座圈基体表面形状;
刀模裁切出所述保护薄膜层。
6.一种智能坐便器座圈,其特征在于,使用如权利要求1-5任一项所述的智能坐便器座圈加工方法制备而成。
