Abstract
Description
도 2는 제조예 3의 AP-EGFP DNA 절편을 삽입하기 위하여 AP-EGFP DNA 절편 (789 bp)과 pRSET-b 벡터 (2.9 Kb)를 NheI과 HindIII 제한효소를 이용해 각각 효소반응 한 뒤, 1% 아가로스 젤 전기영동을 통해 DNA의 양을 확인한 사진이다.
도 3은 제조예 3의 AP-EGFP를 코딩하는 DNA 절편이 삽입된 pRSET-b 벡터를 DH5α 대장균주에 형질 전환시킨 후 평판 LB 배지에서 배양해 선택한 콜로니를 액체 LB 배지에 접종하여 배양한 후 플라스미드 Mini preparation 과정을 통해 분리해 낸 DNA를 1% 아가로스 젤 전기영동 사진이다.
도 4는 제조예 3의 분리한 플라스미드 DNA가 AP-EGFP를 코딩하는 DNA 절편 (789 bp)과 pRSET-b 벡터 (2.9 Kb)로 구성되었음을 NheI과 HindIII 제한효소를 이용해 효소 반응 한 뒤 1% 아가로스 젤 전기영동을 통해 확인한 사진이다.

상기 화학적 결합은 이황화 결합, 디아민 결합, 황화-아민 결합(sulfde-amine bonds), 카르복시-아민 결합(carboxyl-amine bonds), 에스테르 결합(ester bonds) 및 공유 결합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 융합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피부 투과성 펩티드는 서열번호 1, 서열번호 5, 서열번호 8 또는 서열번호 12의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 융합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 융합체는 서열번호 19로 이루어진 아미노산 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 융합체. - 제1항에 따른 융합체를 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터.
- 청구항 제1항에 따른 융합체를 유효성분으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 에멀젼, 크림, 에센스, 스킨, 리포솜, 마이크로캡슐, 복합 입자, 샴푸 및 린스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제형으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물. - 청구항 제1항에 따른 융합체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 염증성 질환의 치료 또는 예방용 약학 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 융합체는 피부 각질층을 투과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 피부 염증성 질환은 염증성 피부염, 건선증, 상처, 아토피성 질환인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물. - 청구항 제9항에 따른 피부외용제용 약학 조성물을 개체의 피부에 도포하여, 인간을 제외한 동물의 피부 염증성 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법.
