Abstract
다이나모 제어장치(6)는, 축 토크 편차의 적분값을 산출하고, 이것과 보정값의 합계에 적분 이득을 곱하여 적분 조작량을 산출하는 적분 조작량 연산부(611); 다이나모 회전수에 관성 보상량(Jcmp)을 곱함으로써 보정값을 산출하는 보정값 연산부(612); 축 토크 편차를 입력으로 한 소정의 전달함수(Ge0(s))의 출력을 비적분 조작량으로 하는 비적분 조작량 연산부(613); 적분 조작량과 비적분 조작량을 합산함으로써 다이나모미터에 대한 토크 전류 지령 신호를 생성하는 합산부(614);를 구비한다. 여기서, 비적분 조작량 연산부(613)의 전달함수(Ge0(s))는, 관계식 Ge(s)=Ki/s+Ge0(s)를 만족하도록, 축 토크 제어 기능을 갖는 전달함수(Ge(s))에서 적분기를 분리하는 것에 의해 도출된다.

도 2는 본 실시 형태에 따른 다이나모 제어장치에 의한 축 토크 제어의 제어 회로의 구성을 나타내는 블럭도이다.
도 3은 축 토크 제어 기능을 구비하는 콘트롤러의 구성을 나타내는 블럭도이다.
도 4는 상기 실시 형태에 따른 다이나모미터 시스템에 의한 레이싱 시험의 결과를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 종래의 다이나모미터 시스템의 구성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 종래의 다이나모미터 시스템에 의한 레이싱 시험의 결과를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (2)
- 다이나모미터; 공시체; 상기 다이나모미터 및 상기 공시체를 연결하는 축; 상기 축에 작용하는 토크를 검출하는 축 토크 센서; 상기 다이나모미터의 회전수를 검출하는 회전수 검출기;를 구비한 다이나모미터 시스템의 제어장치로서,
상기 축 토크 센서의 검출값과, 상기 축 토크 센서의 검출값에 대한 지령값의 편차의 적분값을 산출하고, 상기 적분값과 소정의 보정값의 합계에 적분 이득을 곱하여 적분 조작량을 산출하는 적분 조작량 연산부;
상기 회전수 검출기의 검출값에 소정의 보정 계수를 곱함으로써 상기 보정값을 산출하는 보정값 연산부;
상기 편차를 입력으로 한 소정의 전달함수의 출력을 비적분 조작량으로 하는 비적분 조작량 연산부;
상기 적분 조작량과 상기 비적분 조작량을 합산함으로써 상기 다이나모미터에 대한 토크 전류 지령 신호를 생성하는 합산부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이나모미터 시스템의 제어장치.
여기서, 상기 비적분 조작량 연산부의 전달함수(Ge0(s))는, Ki를 상기 적분 이득으로 하고, s를 라플라스 연산자로 하며, Ge(s)를 상기 편차가 입력되면 상기 편차가 없어지도록 하는 토크 전류 지령 신호를 출력하는 전달함수로 하고, 하기 수학식 1을 만족하도록 정해짐.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전달함수(Ge(s))는, μ설계법 또는 H∞설계 방법이라고 하는 제어계 설계 방법을 바탕으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이나모미터 시스템의 제어장치.
