Claims (14)
- 기재와, 상기 기재의 적어도 한쪽의 면에 형성된 미세 요철 구조층을 갖는 구조체이며,
상기 미세 요철 구조층은 상기 구조체의 표면에 배치되어 있고,
상기 구조체의 압입 탄성률이 1 내지 1300MPa이고, 또한 이하의 식 (1)로 표시되는 상기 구조체 표면의 동마찰 계수의 변화율의 비(Δμ)가 0.15 내지 1.05인, 구조체.
(식 (1)에 있어서, Δμs는 구조체 표면의 왕복 마모 시험에 있어서의 초기 마모의 단계의 동마찰 계수의 변화율을 나타내고, Δμf는 구조체 표면의 왕복 마모 시험에 있어서의 시험 종료 직전의 동마찰 계수의 변화율을 나타낸다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 요철 구조층의 인접하는 볼록부끼리의 평균 간격이 400㎚ 이하이고, 볼록부의 종횡비가 0.7 내지 1.4인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 요철 구조층의 인접하는 볼록부끼리의 평균 간격이 120 내지 250㎚인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 요철 구조층이 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물을 포함하고, 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물이 적어도 옥시에틸렌기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식 (1)로 표시되는 구조체 표면의 동마찰 계수의 변화율의 비가 0.3 내지 1.0인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식 (1)로 표시되는 구조체 표면의 동마찰 계수의 변화율의 비가 0.6 내지 0.9인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조체 표면의 동마찰 계수가 0.55 이하인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조체 표면의 동마찰 계수가 0.38 내지 0.5인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조체의 압입 탄성률이 160 내지 300MPa인, 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재와 상기 미세 요철 구조층 사이에 추가로 중간층을 포함하는 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중간층이 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물을 포함하고, 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물이 에스테르(메트)아크릴레이트 및 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는, 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 광투과성 기재인, 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구조체를 구비하는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구조체의 제조 방법이며, 나노임프린트법에 의해 미세 요철 구조층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 구조체의 제조 방법.
