Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어시스템을 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법에 의한 변속과정을 나타낸 그래프.
S200 : 제1종료판단단계 S250 : 실변속단계
Claims (13)
- 차량의 회생제동 중 파워오프 다운시프트 진입여부를 판단하는 변속진입판단단계;
상기 변속진입판단단계에서 상기 차량이 파워오프 다운시프트 상태로 진입된 것으로 판단된 경우, 결합측 입력축의 회전속도변화율이 기준변화율을 유지하도록 상기 결합측 입력축의 클러치토크를 제어하면서 변속기의 핸드오버과정을 진행하는 핸드오버단계;
상기 핸드오버과정이 완료된 상태인지 판단하는 제1종료판단단계; 및
상기 제1종료판단단계에서 핸드오버과정이 종료된 상태로 판단하는 경우, 모터의 회전속도를 상기 결합측 입력축의 회전속도와 동기화시키되, 동기화율이 기준동기화율 이하인 경우 모터토크를 증가시킴으로써 상기 모터의 회전속도변화율을 상승시키는 실변속단계;를 포함하고,
상기 실변속단계에서 동기화율이 기준동기화율 이상인 경우, 동기화가 진행될수록 상기 모터토크가 감소되어 실변속단계 진입 전의 모터토크로 복귀되며,
상기 실변속단계 이후 현재의 슬립량이 기준슬립량보다 작은지 판단하여 상기 실변속단계의 종료여부를 확인하는 제2종료판단단계; 및
상기 제2종료판단단계에서 현재의 슬립량이 기준슬립량보다 작은 상태로 판단되는 경우, 상기 모터의 회생토크를 변속완료 이후의 회생토크목표값으로 보정하는 회생토크보정단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실변속단계에서 동기화 진입시점의 슬립량이 클수록 기준동기화율 이하에서의 모터토크 증가율이 더 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 실변속단계에서 상기 모터토크는 동기화 진행에 따라 연속적으로 요구되는 상기 모터의 회전속도변화율을 만족시키도록 미리 결정된 슬립변화율모델을 적용하여 연속적으로 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 실변속단계에서 상기 슬립변화율모델은 상기 동기화 진입시점의 슬립량에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 실변속단계에서는 상기 슬립변화율모델에 의해 산출되는 모터토크의 적용에 의해 실제로 발생되는 슬립변화율이 상기 슬립변화율모델과 일치되도록 상기 모터토크를 피드백보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실변속단계에서는 상기 결합측 입력축의 회전속도변화율이 일정하게 유지되도록 상기 결합측 입력축의 클러치토크를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 삭제

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 회생토크보정단계에서는 회생토크의 보정에 의해 변동되는 모터토크와 여분토크의 합산에 의해 산출된 값으로 상기 결합측 입력축의 클러치토크를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 회생토크보정단계에서는 보정된 상기 클러치토크의 적용시 발생되는 슬립량이 허용치를 초과하지 않도록 상기 클러치토크를 피드백보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 삭제
- 차량의 구동원이 되는 모터;
각각 클러치가 구비된 결합측의 입력축과 해제측의 입력축이 마련된 변속기;
상기 차량의 다운시프트 진입여부를 판단하고, 상기 결합측 입력축의 회전속도변화율이 기준변화율을 유지하도록 상기 결합측 입력축의 클러치토크를 제어하면서 변속기의 핸드오버과정을 진행하며, 상기 핸드오버과정이 완료된 상태인지 판단하고, 실변속단계 이후 현재의 슬립량이 기준슬립량보다 작은지 판단하여 상기 실변속단계의 종료여부를 판단하도록 마련된 변속기제어부; 및
상기 변속기제어부와 연동하여 상기 모터의 회전속도가 상기 결합측 입력축의 회전속도와 동기화되도록 모터를 제어하되, 동기화율이 기준동기화율 이하인 경우 모터토크를 증가시킴으로써 상기 모터의 회전속도변화율을 상승시키고, 동기화율이 기준동기화율 이상인 경우 동기화가 진행될수록 상기 모터토크가 감소되어 실변속단계 진입 전의 모터토크로 복귀시키며, 실변속단계가 종료되면 상기 모터의 회생토크를 변속완료 이후의 회생토크목표값으로 보정하도록 마련된 모터제어부;를 포함하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어시스템.
