Claims (3)
- 차량제어기가 차속과 브레이크 페달각, 변속단 신호를 입력받아 그로부터 운전자 의지가 반영된 모터 토크값을 산출하여 제공하는 단계와;동력분배제어기의 피드백 제어모듈이 모터제어기의 현재 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값 및 모터제어기에서 측정된 DC 링크단 전류값을 실시간으로 모니터링하고, 모니터링된 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값 및 DC 링크단 전류값과, 배터리 상태값 및 HDC 용량을 기초로 하여, 최종 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값과 토크 보정계수를 산출하여 제공하는 단계와;동력분배제어기의 피드포워드 제어모듈이 차량제어기가 제공하는 상기 모터 토크값으로부터 차속에 따른 1차 토크값을 산출하고, 상기 1차 토크값으로부터 상기 토크 보정계수가 반영된 최종 모터 토크 지령값을 산출하여 제공하는 단계와;상기 모터제어기가 최종 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값과 최종 모터 토크 지령값을 제공받아 이를 토대로 모터의 회생제동을 최종적으로 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 전기자동차의 모터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피드백 제어모듈은 모니터링된 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값과 배터리 충전 가용량 및 HDC 용량을 토대로 미리 설정된 맵을 통해 상기 최종 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값을 산출하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 모터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피드백 제어모듈은 모니터링된 현재의 모터 회생제동 전류 제한값과 DC 링크단 전류값을 토대로 미리 설정된 맵을 통해 상기 토크 보정계수를 산출하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 모터 제어 방법.
