도 2는 종래 기술로서, 킥다운 변속시 구동관계의 변화 데이터를 도시하고 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법을 수행하는 제어부의 구성을 도시하고 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법을 수행하는 흐름도를 도시하고 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법의 변속 싱크로 구간을 그래프로 도시하고 있다.
도 6는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법에 따른 구동관계 변화를 그래프로 도시하고 있다.

Claims (8)
- 차량의 EV 주행인지 판단하는 단계;
EV 주행에서 킥다운 변속이 요구되는지 판단하는 단계;
킥다운 변속이 요구되는 경우 가속선형 제어가 가능한지 판단하는 단계;
가속선형 제어가 가능한 경우, 모터의 토크 보상을 수행하는 단계; 및
상기 보상된 모터 토크를 기반으로 변속기의 변속을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
킥다운 변속이 요구되는 경우 가속선형 제어가 가능한지 판단하는 단계에서,
사용자의 가속선형 상시 제어 요청이 입력되었는지 판단하는 단계;
가속선형 상시 제어 요청이 입력된 경우 변속 싱크로 구간인지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
킥다운 변속이 요구되는 경우 가속선형 제어가 가능한지 판단하는 단계에서,
사용자의 가속선형 선택 제어 요청이 입력되었는지 판단하는 단계;
가속선형 선택 제어 요청이 입력된 경우 변속 후 모터 작동점이 디레이팅 구간인지 판단하는 단계; 및
변속 후 모터 작동점이 디레이팅 구간인 경우, 변속 싱크로 구간인지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 모터의 토크 보상을 수행하는 단계에서,
모터의 디레이팅 토크 및 마진 토크 합에 싱크로율을 곱하여 제어부로부터 수신된 모터의 토크 지령에 더하여 최종 모터의 토크를 산출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
모터의 디레이팅 토크는 변속 전 모터 토크와 변속 후 모터 토크의 차로 산출되는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
싱크로율은 변속시 변속후 목표 RPM과 변속전 구동 RPM의 차이값 대비 현재 모터 RPM과 변속전 구동 RPM의 차이값의 비율로 산출되는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 모터의 토크 지령은 상기 제어부에 저장되는 지령인 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
EV 주행모드에서 킥다운 변속이 요구되는지 판단하는 단계에서,
엑셀페달입력량이 제 1기준값 이상인 경우 킥다운 변속이 요구되는 것으로 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전동화 차량의 변속 제어방법.
