도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어시스템을 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법에 의한 변속상황을 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (10)
- 차량의 파워오프 다운시프트 진입여부를 판단하는 제1판단단계;
상기 제1판단단계에서 차량이 파워오프 다운시프트 상태인 것으로 판단한 경우, 제1입력축, 제2입력축 및 출력축이 마련된 변속기의 토크페이즈 진입여부를 판단하는 제2판단단계;
상기 제2판단단계에서 상기 변속기가 토크페이즈로 진입한 것으로 판단한 경우, 변속비 변화에 따른 회생제동력의 변화를 토크페이즈진행률에 따라 보상하기 위한 보상토크를 산출하는 산출단계; 및
상기 산출단계에서 산출되는 상기 보상토크를 적용하여 모터의 회생토크를 보상하는 보상단계;를 포함하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산출단계에서 상기 보상토크는 상기 회생토크에 의해 상기 변속기 출력축에 전달되는 상기 회생제동력과 상기 변속기 출력축의 출력토크의 차이값에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 산출단계에서 상기 출력토크는 제1입력축 토크, 제2입력축 토크, 상기 제1입력축에 결합된 제1클러치디스크에 작용하는 제1클러치 토크, 상기 제2입력축에 결합된 제2클러치디스크에 작용하는 제2클러치 토크, 상기 제1입력축 및 상기 제2입력축의 변속비 및 토크페이즈진행률에 따라 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터에 작용하는 토크와 상기 변속기의 출력축에 작용하는 토크를 상호 환산하는 경우, 제1입력축 및 제2입력축의 변속비 및 변속기효율에 따라 환산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보상단계 이후, 상기 변속기의 이너셔페이즈 진입여부를 판단하는 제3판단단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제3판단단계에서, 상기 변속기가 이너셔페이즈로 진입한 것으로 판단한 경우, 이너셔페이즈의 진행정도에 따른 슬립변화율 목표값을 적용하여 산출된 모터토크로 상기 모터를 제어하는 모터토크제어단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 모터토크제어단계에서, 상기 모터토크는 상기 제1입력축에 결합된 제1클러치디스크에 작용하는 제1클러치 토크, 상기 제2입력축에 결합된 제2클러치디스크에 작용하는 제2클러치 토크, 슬립변화율 및 상기 모터가 동기화하려는 입력축의 회전속도변화율에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 모터토크제어단계에서는 상기 모터의 회전속도가 상기 모터와 동기화하려는 입력축의 회전속도와 일치되는 경우, 상기 모터토크의 제어를 종료하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
변속기제어부에 의해 차량의 파워오프 다운시프트 진입여부가 판단되며, 상기 변속기의 토크페이즈 진입여부가 판단되고, 보상토크가 산출되며, 하이브리드제어부에 의해 상기 모터의 회생토크가 보상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어방법. - 제1입력축, 제2입력축 및 출력축이 마련된 변속기;
상기 변속기에 마련된 제1입력축 및 제2입력축에 각각 결합된 클러치와 선택적으로 연결되는 모터;
차량의 파워오프 다운시프트 진입여부를 판단하고, 상기 변속기의 토크페이즈 진입여부를 판단하며, 파워오프 다운시프트에 의해 변화된 변속비에 따른 회생제동력 변동값을 토크페이즈진행률에 따라 보상하기 위한 보상토크를 산출하는 변속기제어부; 및
상기 보상토크를 적용하여 상기 모터의 회생토크를 보상하는 하이브리드제어부;를 포함하는 듀얼클러치식 하이브리드차량의 변속 제어시스템.
