Claims (13)
- 방향족 비닐계 화합물;
시안화 비닐계 화합물;
두 개 이상의 불포화 반응기를 갖는 실리콘계 화합물; 및
탄소수 4 내지 20의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기를 포함하는 아크릴계 화합물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물의 중합체이며,
상기 실리콘계 화합물은 중량평균분자량이 150 내지 6,000 미만 g/mol인 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 제1 실리콘계 화합물, 및 중량평균분자량이 6,000 내지 100,000 g/mol인 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 제2 실리콘계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 비닐계 공중합체:

상기 화학식 1에서, a, b 및 c는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 79의 정수(단, 동시에 0은 아니고, a+b+c는 1 내지 79임)이고, R1 내지 R8은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3 내지 30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 내지 C30의 헤테로아릴기, (메타)아크릴레이트기, 히드록시기, 알콕시기, 아미노기, 에폭시기, 카르복실기, 할로겐기, 에스테르기, 이소시아네이트기, 또는 메르캅토기이고, 상기 R1 내지 R8 중 적어도 두 개는 중합 가능한 불포화 반응기이며, 상기 화합물은 선형 구조 또는 R1 및 R8가 상호 연결되거나 단일 결합을 형성한 환형 구조이다;

상기 화학식 2에서, d, e 및 f는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 1,500의 정수(단, 동시에 0은 아니고, d+e+f는 80 내지 1,500임)이고, R9 내지 R16은 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3 내지 30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 내지 C30의 헤테로아릴기, (메타)아크릴레이트기, 히드록시기, 알콕시기, 아미노기, 에폭시기, 카르복실기, 할로겐기, 에스테르기, 이소시아네이트기, 또는 메르캅토기이고, 상기 R9 내지 R16 중 적어도 두 개는 중합 가능한 불포화 반응기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물은 상기 방향족 비닐계 화합물 60 내지 80 중량% 및 시안화 비닐계 화합물 20 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 실리콘계 화합물 0.1 내지 20 중량부 및 상기 아크릴계 화합물 1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 비닐계 공중합체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 실리콘계 화합물의 중량평균분자량은 150 내지 3,000 g/mol이고, 상기 제2 실리콘계 화합물의 중량평균분자량은 6,500 내지 30,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 비닐계 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 실리콘계 화합물 및 상기 제2 실리콘계 화합물의 중량평균분자량 차이는 5,000 내지 20,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 비닐계 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체는 테트라히드로푸란(THF)을 사용하여 48시간 동안 속슬레 추출(soxhlet extraction)한 후, 추출되고 남은 불용성 함유물이 전체 공중합체 중 5 내지 100 중량% 이고, X선 형광 분석기(X-ray Florescence Analysis: XRF)에 의해 측정된 실리콘 함량이 전체 공중합체 중 0.03 내지 3.26 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 분지형 방향족 비닐계 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체는 유리전이온도가 90 내지 120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 분지형 방향족 비닐계 공중합체.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방향족 비닐계 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체의 함량은 전체 열가소성 수지 조성물 중 1 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 및 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트계 수지 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D523에 의거하여 60° 각도에서 측정한 광택도가 20 내지 60%이고, ASTM D256에 의거하여 측정한 1/8" 두께 시편의 아이조드 충격강도가 5 내지 15 kgf·cm/cm이며, ISO 1133에 의거하여 200℃, 10 kg 조건에서 측정한 용융지수(MI)가 5.5 내지 20 g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품.
