Claims (10)
- 인젝터를 이용하여 배기관 내부로 요소를 분사하는 단계;
상기 분사단계 후, 배기관 후단에 마련된 NOx센서를 통해 NOx양 및 암모니아 양을 감지하는 단계; 및
상기 NOx양 또는 암모니아양 중 적어도 하나에 기반하여 인젝터의 고장을 진단하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 분사단계 시, 인젝터는 일정시간마다 요소를 분사하되, 시간경과에 따라 더 많은 양의 요소를 분사하며,
상기 감지단계는 인젝터가 분사 제어되는 시점으로부터 설정시간 경과시 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SCR 시스템의 고장진단방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 진단단계 시, NOx양이 기맵핑된 NOx기준값 이상이거나 암모니아 양이 기맵핑된 암모니아 기준값 이상인 경우, 인젝터의 고장을 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SCR 시스템의 고장진단방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인젝터를 고장이라 진단한 경우 진단기에 고장신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SCR 시스템의 고장진단방법. - 삭제
