Claims (2)
- 우레아(UREA) SCR에서 배출되는 NOx 값 및 그 촉매 온도를 기반으로 계산된 도싱량이 500g/hr 이상임을 판단하는 단계와;도싱량이 500g/hr 이상이면 컨트롤 유니트를 통하여 도싱 인젝터에 전기신호를 인가하여 작동되게 하는 단계와;상기 도싱 인젝터에 전기신호가 인가되기 전과 후의 배기가스 온도차이를 감지하여, 그 온도 저하가 20℃ 이상이면 도싱 인젝터가 정상임을 판정하는 단계와;배기가스 온도 저하량이 20℃ 이하이면서 SCR 후단으로 배출된 NOx 검출값이 2000ppm 이상이면 도싱 인젝터를 고장 상태로 판정하는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 우레아 SCR시스템의 도싱 인젝터 작동을 감지하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 도싱 인젝터를 고장 상태로 판정하게되면, 그 고정코드의 기억 및 엔진경고등의 점등이 더 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레아 SCR시스템의 도싱 인젝터 작동을 감지하는 방법.
