Claims (15)
- (1) 용기에 충전된, (a) 산성산화제로서 과아세트산(peracetic acid), 또는 과아세트산 및 과산화수소(hydrogen peroxide)를 포함하는 산성조성물, 및
(2) 상기 (1) 산성조성물과는 별개인 용기에 충전된, (b) 질산(nitric acid) 또는 그 염, (c) 유산(lactic acid), 말산(malic acid), 숙신산(succinic acid) 및구연산(citric acid)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 카르복시산(carboxylic acid), 또는 그 염, 및 (d) 킬레이트제(chelating agents), 안정화제, 방부제, pH 조정제 및 완충제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 첨가물을 포함하는 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 (2)의 조성물은 상기 (1)의 산성조성물의 용기와는 다른 용기에 충전되고,
상기 (1)의 산성조성물 및 (2)의 조성물은 pH 2 내지 6의 범위로 사용 전에 혼합되며,
알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 부분 또는 전체로 포함하는 피검체에 대한 소독제 또는 살균제인 조합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)의 산성조성물은, (a) 산성산화제가 과아세트산인 경우: 5 내지 15 중량%; 및 산성산화제가 과아세트산 및 과산화수소의 조합인 경우: 5 내지 15 중량%의 과아세트산 및 7 내지 22 중량%의 과산화수소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 (2)의 조성물이, (b) 질산 또는 그의 염을 2 내지 30 중량%, 및 (c) 카르복시산 또는 그 염을 2 내지 30 중량%의 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 사용전에 (1)의 산성조성물과 (2)의 조성물을 혼합하고, (a) 산성산화제, (b) 질산 또는 그 염, 및 (c) 카르복시산 또는 그 염이 하기 농도가 되도록 조정해서 사용되고,
상기 (1)의 산성조성물은, (a) 산성산화제가 과아세트산인 경우: 0.05 내지 1 중량%; 및 산성산화제가 과아세트산 및 과산화수소의 조합인 경우: 0.05 내지 1 중량%의 과아세트산 및 0.05 내지 2 중량%의 과산화수소, (b) 질산 또는 그 염: 0.1∼10 중량%, 및 (c) 카르복시산 또는 그 염: 0.1∼30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합물.
- 제 1항 및 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (2)의 조성물은 킬레이트제를 포함하고, 사용 전에 킬레이트제의 비율이 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%가 되도록 조성해서 (1)의 산성조성물과 (2)의 조성물을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합물.
- (a) 산성산화제로서 과아세트산, 또는 과아세트산 및 과산화수소와, (b) 질산 또는 그 염, 및 (c) 유산, 말산, 숙신산 및 구연산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 카르복시산, 또는 그 염을 포함하고, pH 2 내지 6의 범위를 가지며, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 부분 또는 전체로 포함하는 피검체의 소독제 또는 살균제인 산성액상조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, (d) 킬레이트제, 안정화제, 방부제, pH 조정제 및 완충제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 첨가물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성액상조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 킬레이트제는 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%의 비율로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성액상조성물.
- (a) 산성산화제로서 과아세트산, 또는 과아세트산 및 과산화수소, (b) 질산 또는 그 염, 및 (c) 유산, 말산, 숙신산 및 구연산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 카르복시산, 또는 그 염을 혼합하는 단계; 및
pH를 2 내지 6의 범위로 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 부분 또는 전체로 포함하는 피검체의 소독제 또는 살균제인 산성액상조성물의 제조방법.
- (a) 산성산화제로서 과아세트산, 또는 과아세트산 및 과산화수소, (b) 질산 또는 그 염, 및 (c) 유산, 말산, 숙신산 및 구연산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 카르복시산, 또는 그 염을 포함하고, pH 2 내지 6의 범위를 갖는 산성액상조성물을 이용하여 알루미늄계 금속을 부품으로서 포함하는 피검체에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 소독 또는 살균 방법.
- (a) 과아세트산, 또는 과아세트산 및 과산화수소로 구성된 산성산화제가 (b) 질산 또는 그 염, 및 (c) 유산, 말산, 숙신산 및 구연산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 카르복시산, 또는 그 염과 pH 2 내지 6의 범위로 조정되어 혼합물에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성산화제의 알루미늄에 대한 부식성을 억제하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 사용전에 (1)의 산성조성물과 (2)의 조성물을 혼합하고, (a) 산성산화제, (b) 질산 또는 그 염, 및 (c) 카르복시산 또는 그 염이 하기 농도가 되도록 조정해서 사용되고,
상기 (1)의 산성조성물은, (a) 산성산화제가 과아세트산인 경우: 0.05 내지 1 중량%; 및 산성산화제가 과아세트산 및 과산화수소의 조합인 경우: 0.05 내지 1 중량%의 과아세트산 및 0.05 내지 2 중량%의 과산화수소, (b) 질산 또는 그 염: 0.1∼10 중량%, 및 (c) 카르복시산 또는 그 염: 0.1∼30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합물.
