Claims (8)
- 선로 형태의 지지 재료(1)에 배치된 커플링 안테나(2)가 상기 커플링 안테나(2) 위에 배치된 RFID 칩(4)과 함께 접착 이차 안테나(10)에 접착되는 RFID 라벨의 제조 방법에 있어서,우선 하나의 공정으로 그 후면에 접착층(12)을 갖는 상기 접착 이차 안테나(10)의 그 후면과 반대측의 전면에 상기 커플링 안테나(2)가 RFID 칩(4)과 함께 접착되며,그 후면에 접착재 층(19)을 갖는 커버링 재료(18)와 박리 가능한 분리 재료(20) 사이에 상기 접착 이차 안테나(10)와, 상기 접착 이차 안테나 위에 접착되는 상기 지지 재료(1)와, 상기 지지 재료(1) 위에 붙인 RFID 칩(4)을 갖는 상기 커플링 안테나(2)를 포함하는 RFID 인레이가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 라벨의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 이차 안테나(10)로서 얇은 알루미늄 층으로 제조되는, 접착 재료(9)의 전면에 부착되는 접착 이차 안테나(10)를 사용하며, 상기 접착 재료(9)의 후면에 접착재 층(12)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 라벨의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 안테나(2)가 얇은 알루미늄 층을 포함하며 그 하단면에 접착재 층(5)을 갖는 상기 지지 재료(1) 위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 라벨의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버링 재료(18)는 선로 형태 또는 시트 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 라벨의 제조 방법.
