Description
Claims (26)
- 푸마르산 에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 필름으로서, 상기 필름은 음의 광학이방성을 갖는 미립자를 포함하지 않으며, 연신하지 않은 상기 필름의 3차원 굴절률이 필름면내의 진상축 방향의 굴절률을 nx, 이것과 직교하는 필름면내 방향의 굴절률을 ny, 필름면외의 수직방향의 굴절률을 nz라고 했을 경우에 nz>ny=nx의 관계에 있고, 파장 450nm에서 측정한 위상차와 파장 550nm에서 측정한 위상차의 비(R450/R550)가 1.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 두께를 d라고 했을 때, 하기 식(1)으로 표시되는 필름의 면외 위상차(Rth)가 -30~-2000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름.Rth=[(nx+ny)/2-nz]×d (1)
- 제 1 항에 기재된 광학 보상 필름(필름(A))과, 필름의 3차원 굴절률이 필름면내의 진상축 방향의 굴절률을 nx, 이것과 직교하는 필름면내 방향의 굴절률을 ny, 필름면외의 수직방향의 굴절률을 nz라고 했을 경우에 ny>nx≥nz의 관계에 있고, 필름의 두께를 d라고 했을 때 하기 식(2)으로 표시되는 파장 550nm에서 측정한 필름면내 위상차(Re)가 50nm 이상인 필름(B)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름 적층체.Re=(ny-nx) ×d (2)
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하기 식(3)으로 표시되는 배향 파라미터(Nz)가 -0.1~0.95의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름 적층체.Nz=(ny-nz)/(ny-nx) (3)
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 식(2)으로 표시되는 필름면내 위상차(Re)가 50~1000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름 적층체.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 기재된 광학 보상 필름 적층체의 제조방법으로서:푸마르산 에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 미연신필름과, 양의 복굴절률을 갖는 필름의 1축 연신필름을 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 기재된 광학 보상 필름 적층체의 제조방법으로서:양의 복굴절률을 갖는 필름의 1축 연신필름에 푸마르산 에스테르계 수지를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 액정표시 소자에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 액정표시소자에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 보상 필름 적층체.
- 푸마르산 에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 필름으로서, 상기 필름은 음의 광학이방성을 갖는 미립자를 포함하지 않으며, 상기 필름면내의 진상축 방향의 굴절률을 nx, 이것과 직교하는 필름면내 방향의 굴절률을 ny, 필름면외의 수직방향의 굴절률을 nz라고 했을 경우의 각각의 관계가 nx<ny≤nz이고, 파장 450nm에서 측정한 위상차(R450)와 파장 550nm에서 측정한 위상차(R550)의 비(R450/R550)가 1.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께를 d라고 했을 때 하기 식(2)으로 표시되는 파장 550nm에서 측정한 필름면내 위상차(Re)가 50~2000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.Re=(ny-nx) ×d (2)

- 제 13 항에 있어서, 필름(D)는 필름의 두께를 d라고 했을 때 하기 식(2)으로 표시되는 파장 550nm에서 측정한 필름면내 위상차(Re)가 50~2000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.Re=(ny-nx) ×d (2)
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 필름(C)는 필름의 두께를 d라고 했을 때 하기 식(2)으로 표시되는 파장 550nm에서 측정한 필름면내 위상차(Re)가 50~2000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.Re=(ny-nx) ×d (2)
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 필름(C)의 진상축과 필름(D)의 진상축이 이루는 각도가 90도±20도인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 파장 550nm에서 측정한 필름(C)의 필름면내 위상차(Re)와 필름(D)의 필름면내 위상차(Re)의 차이가 100~160nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 파장 550nm에서 측정한 필름(C)의 필름면내 위상차(Re)와 필름(D)의 필름면내 위상차(Re)의 차이가 250~300nm인 것을 특징 으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 파장 450nm에서 측정한 위상차(R450)와 파장 550nm에서 측정한 위상차(R550)의 비(R450/R550)가 1.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서, 파장 650nm에서 측정한 위상차(R650)와 파장 550nm에서 측정한 위상차(R550)의 비(R650/R550)가 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 10 항, 제 11 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 또는 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 위상차 필름이 편광판에 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 편광판.
- 삭제
- 제 15 항에 기재된 위상차 필름이 편광판에 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 편광판.
- 제 17 항에 기재된 위상차 필름이 편광판에 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 편광판.
- 제 18 항에 기재된 위상차 필름이 편광판에 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 편광판.
- 제 20 항에 기재된 위상차 필름이 편광판에 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 편광판.
