Claims (4)
- C : 0.001 ∼ 0.15 mass%, Si : 0.1 ∼ 2 mass%, Mn : 0.1 ∼ 2 mass%, Ni : 5 ∼ 25 mass%, Cr : 11 ∼ 27 mass%, B : 0.05 ∼ 2.5 mass%, Al : 0.005 ∼ 0.2 mass%, O : 0.0001 ∼ 0.01 mass%, N : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 mass%, S : 0.005 mass% 이하를 함유함과 함께, Mg : 0.0001 ∼ 0.005 mass% 및 Ca : 0.0001 ∼ 0.005 mass% 을 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 또한 Si, Al, Mg, Ca 및 S 의 일부는 황화물 및/또는 산황화물로 이루어지는 비금속 개재물로서 함유하고 있고, 상기 비금속 개재물은, CaO-A12O3-MgO-SiO2-S 계 산황화물이거나, MgS 나 CaS 의 황화물 중 어느 1 종 이상 및 CaO-A12O3-MgO-SiO2-S 계 산황화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공성 및 표면 성상이 우수한 붕소 함유 스테인리스강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기의 성분에 더하여 추가로 Mo 를 0.1 ∼ 3 mass% 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공성 및 표면 성상이 우수한 붕소 함유 스테인리스강. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 CaO-A12O3-MgO-SiO2-S 계 산황화물은, CaO : 20 ∼ 70 mass%, A12O3 : 5 ∼ 60 mass%, SiO2 : 15 mass% 이하, MgO : 0.5 ∼ 30 mass%, S : 15 mass% 이하의 조성을 갖는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공성 및 표면 성상이 우수한 붕소 함유 스테인리스강.
