Claims (11)
- 도금 강판;
수계 표면조정제를 상기 도금 강판에 도포함으로써 형성되는 하지 피막; 그리고,
수계 표면처리제를 상기 하지 피막에 도포하여 건조함으로써 형성되는 복합피막을 포함하며,
상기 수계 표면조정제는:
염기성 지르코늄 화합물(C);
코발트 화합물(D); 그리고,
물을 포함하고,
상기 수계 표면조정제는 pH가 7.5~10 범위이고,
상기 하지 피막은 상기 염기성 지르코늄 화합물(C) 및 상기 코발트 화합물(D)을 함유하며,
상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 하지 피막의 건조피막량은 0.05~0.8g/m2 범위이고, 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 하지 피막의 Zr 질량 환산 부착량은 5~400mg/m2 범위이고, 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 하지 피막의 Co 질량 환산 부착량이 1~20mg/m2 범위이며,
상기 수계 표면처리제는:
수분산성 수지(A);
코발트 화합물(B); 그리고,
물을 함유하며,
상기 수계 표면처리제는 pH가 7.5~10 범위이고,
상기 복합피막은 상기 수분산성 수지(A) 및 상기 코발트 화합물(B)을 함유하며,
상기 복합피막에서의 상기 수분산성 수지(A)의 구성비율은 질량비로 90%이상이며, 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 복합피막의 건조피막질량은 0.5~3.5g/m2 범위인 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수분산성 수지(A)에 대한, 상기 코발트 화합물(B)을 구성하는 코발트 원자의 질량비율이, 1/100~1/10000의 범위인 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코발트 화합물(B)이 코발트의 황산염, 코발트의 염산염, 및 코발트의 질산염으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종의 코발트염을 포함하는 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수분산성 수지(A)는,
분자중에 폴리에스테르 폴리올에 유래하는 구조 단위를 갖추는 폴레에스테르 폴리우레탄 수지(a1), 및
지환 구조 또는 글리시딜기를 갖추는(메타)아크릴산 에스테르에 유래하는 중합단위, α, β-에틸렌성 불포화 카르복시산에 유래하는 중합단위, 및 지환 구조 및 글리시딜기 없는 (메타) 아크릴산 에스테르에 유래하는 중합 단위를 갖추는 중합체로 이루어지는 아크릴수지(aII) 중에서 적어도 일방을 함유하는 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금 강판이 아연과 알루미늄을 함유하거나 혹은 아연과 알루미늄과 마그네슘을 함유하는 도금층을 갖추며, 상기 도금층 중의 알루미늄 함유량이 0질량%를 초과하여 6.0질량%이하인 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이 0질량%를 초과하고 1질량%이하의 Ni 및 0질량%를 초과하여 1질량%이하의 Cr 중 1종류 이상을 함유하는 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 제6항 있어서,
상기 도금층이 0%를 초과하고 0.5질량%이하의 Ca, 0%를 초과하여 0.5질량%이하의 Y, 0%를 초과하여 0.5질량%이하의 La 및 0%를 초과하여 0.5질량%이하의 Ce 중 1종류 이상을 함유하는 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이 Si를 상기 도금층상의 Al에 대하여 0.1~10질량% 범위로 포함하는 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판. - 도금 강판과, 염기성 지르코늄 화합물(C), 코발트 화합물(D), 및 물을 함유하며 pH가 7.5~10 범위인 수계 표면조정제를 준비하고;
상기 수계 표면조정제를 상기 도금 강판에 도포함으로써, 상기 염기성 지르코늄 화합물(C)과 상기 코발트 화합물(D)을 함유하는 하지 피막을, 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 하지 피막의 건조피막량이 0.05~0.8g/m2 범위가 되고 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 하지 피막의 Zr 질량 환산 부착량이 5~400mg/m2 범위가 되며, 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 하지 피막의 Co 질량 환산 부착량이 1~20mg/m2 범위가 되도록 형성하고;
수분산성 수지(A), 코발트 화합물(B), 및 물을 함유하며 pH가 7.5~10 범위인 수계 표면처리제를 준비하고; 그리고,
상기 수계 표면처리제를 상기 하지 피막에 도포하고 건조함으로써, 상기 수분산성 수지(A) 및 상기 코발트 화합물(B)을 함유하며, 상기 수분산성 수지(A)의 구성비율이 질량비로 90%이상인 복합피막을, 상기 도금 강판의 편면당 상기 복합피막의 건조 피막 질량이 0.5~3.5g/m2 범위가 되도록 형성함을 포함하는 표면 피복 알루미늄 및 아연 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 삭제
