- (A) R1SiO1.5 단위, R2 2SiO 단위, R3 aR4 bSiO(4-a-b)/2 단위 및 R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2 단위로 이루어지고(여기서, R1, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 수산기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 시클로헥실기 또는 페닐기를 나타내고, R4는 독립적으로 비닐기 또는 알릴기를 나타내고, a는 0, 1 또는 2이고, b는 1 또는 2이고, a+b는 2 또는 3이고, c는 O, 1 또는 2, d는 1 또는 2이고, c+d는 2 또는 3임), 상기 R2 2SiO 단위의 적어도 일부는 연속하여 반복하여 이루어지고, 그의 반복수가 5 내지 300개인 구조를 포함하고,분자 중에 존재하는 규소 원자에 결합한 비닐기 및/또는 알릴기의 합계에 대한 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자의 몰비가 0.1 내지 4.0인 오르가노폴리실록산, 및(B) 경화 유효량의 백금족 금속계 촉매를 함유하여 이루어지는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상온에서 고체상인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분이 실라놀기를 갖는 것인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분 중의 상기 R2 2SiO 단위의 연속하는 반복수가 10 내지 300개인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분 중의 상기 R2 2SiO 단위의 연속하는 반복수가 15 내지 200개인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분 중의 상기 R2 2SiO 단위의 연속하는 반복수가 20 내지 100개인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산 중에 존재하는 전체 R2 2SiO 단위의 50 몰% 이상이 연속하여 반복하는 연쇄 구조를 형성하는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산이 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합한 비닐기 및/또는 알릴기를 합계로 2개 이상 갖고, 히드로실릴기를 2개 이상갖는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산이 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합한 비닐기 및/또는 알릴기를 합계로 3개 이상 갖고, 히드로실릴기를 3개 이상 갖는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산에 있어서, R1SiO1.5 단위: R2 2SiO 단위: R3 aR4 bSiO(4-a-b)/2 단위: R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2 단위의 몰비가 90 내지 24:75 내지 9:25 내지 0.5:25 내지 0.5이고, 단 이 때 이들 4종의 실록산 단위의 합계는 100인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산에 있어서, R1SiO1.5 단위: R2 2SiO 단위: R3 aR4 bSiO(4-a-b)/2 단위: R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2 단위의 몰비가 70 내지 28:70 내지 20:5 내지 1:5 내지 1이고, 단 이 때 이들 4종의 실록산 단위의 합계는 100인 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의해 측정한 폴리스티렌 환산 중량 평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 1,000,000의 범위에 있는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의해 측정한 폴리스티렌 환산 중량 평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 100,000의 범위에 있는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항의 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물을 경화하여 얻어지는 경화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 오르가노폴리실록산 중에 존재하는 R2 2SiO 단위 전체의 50 몰% 이상이 상기 연쇄 구조를 형성하는 부가 경화형 실리콘 조성물.
