- 적어도 한 면에 도전층을 갖는 열가소성 수지 필름으로서, 상기 도전층은 카본 나노튜브(A)와 카르복시셀룰로오스의 금속염으로 이루어지는 카본 나노튜브 분산제(B)와 바인더 수지(C)를 이용하여 이루어지고, 상기 도전층 중의 (A), (B) 및 (C)의 함유량의 합계는 상기 도전층 전체에 대하여 90중량%이상이고, 또한 (A), (B) 및 (C) 중량 비율은 하기를 만족하고, 또한 (B)와 (A)의 중량비((B)/(A))는 0.5이상 15.0이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 필름.

상기 도전층 표면의 표면 저항값 A(Ω/□)는 1.0×1010Ω/□이하이고, 또한 찰과 처리 후의 도전층 표면의 표면 저항값 B(Ω/□)는 하기 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 필름.
B/A ≤ 10.0 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Lab 표색계의 a값이 -1.0∼1.0, 또한 b값이 -0.5∼5.0을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 필름. - 제 1 항에 기재된 도전성 필름의 제조 방법으로서:
결정 배향이 완료되기 전의 열가소성 필름의 적어도 한 면에 카본 나노튜브(A), 카본 나노튜브 분산제(B), 바인더 수지(C) 및 용매(D)를 함유하는 카본 나노튜브 분산액을 도포하고, 그 후 열가소성 필름 1축 또는 2축 연신법에 의해 연신하고, 상기 도전층 용매의 비점보다 높은 온도에서 열처리를 실시하여 열가소성 수지 필름의 결정 배향을 완료시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 필름의 제조 방법.
