Claims (8)
- 종결정의 분산액에 금속 이온원을 첨가하여, 상기 금속 이온원 및 상기 종결정의 혼합액을 조제하는 공정,상기 혼합액에 탄산원을 첨가하여, 반응 용액을 얻는 공정, 및상기 반응 용액 중에서 상기 종결정을 성장시키는 종결정 성장 공정을 적어도 포함하고,상기 탄산원이 우레아를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,종결정이 탄산 스트론튬 입자인 탄산염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반응 용액 중에 금속 이온원을 함유하고, 그 금속 이온원이 스트론튬의 수산화물인 탄산염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,종결정 성장 공정이 55℃ ∼ 95℃ 의 온도에서 실시되는 탄산염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,종결정 성장 공정이 그 종결정 성장 공정의 개시부터 종료까지의 동안에 pH 10 이상에서 실시되는 탄산염의 제조 방법.
