Description
Claims (25)
- 술폰화 폴리술폰-클레이 나노복합체로 이루어진 전해질막의 양면에 전극 촉매층을 포함하는 전극을 구비하며,상기 전해질막과 전극 촉매층 사이에 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체(Clay-sulfonated polysulfone nanocomposite)와 점착부여제(tackifier)를 포함하는 결합층을 포함하며, 상기 결합층에 염기성 고분자가 더 포함되며,상기 염기성 고분자는 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리(4-비닐피리딘){poly(4-vinylpyridine), 폴리에틸렌이민(polyethylene imine), 폴리(아크릴아미드 Co-디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드{Poly(Acrylamide-Co-Diallyldimethylammonium Chloride)}, 폴리(디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드{Poly(Diallyldimethylammonium Chloride)}, 폴리아크릴아미드계(polyacrylamides), 폴리우레탄계(polyurethanes), 폴리아미드계(polyamides), 폴리이민계(ployimines), 폴리우레아계(ployureas), 폴리벤조옥사졸계(polybenzoxazoles), 폴리벤즈이미다졸계(polybezimidazoles), 폴리피롤리돈계(polypyrrolidones)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 연료전지용 막전극 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체가,술폰화 폴리술폰(sulfonated polysulfone); 및상기 술폰화 폴리술폰중에 분산되어 있는 비변성 클레이(clay)를 포함하며,상기 비변성 클레이는 층상 구조를 가지며 상기 층 사이에 술폰화 폴리술폰이 인터칼레이션되어 있거나 상기 층이 박리된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착부여제가 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 공중합체, 폴리부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체, 폴리우레탄-에테르 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 고분자의 함량이클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체의 함량 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 20 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착 부여제의 함량이클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체의 함량 100 중량부에 대하여 3 내지 250 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합층의 두께가 5 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체.

- 전해질막의 양면에 전극 촉매층을 포함하는 전극을 구비하며,상기 전해질막과 전극 촉매층 사이에 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체와 점착부여제(tackifier)를 포함하는 결합층을 포함하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법으로서,상기 제조방법이a-1) 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노복합체, 점착부여제 및 제1용매를 혼합하여 결합층 형성용 조성물을 얻는 단계;b-1) 상기 결합층 형성용 조성물을 제1지지막상에 코팅 및 건조하여 결합층을 형성하여 제1전사필름을 얻는 단계;c-1) 상기 제1전사필름의 결합층을 전해질막에 인접되게 배치하고 이를 전사하여 전해질막상에 결합층을 형성한 후, 이로부터 제1지지막을 박리, 제거하는 단계; 및d-1) 제2지지막 및 이 상부에 형성된 촉매층을 갖는 제2전사필름의 촉매층을 상기 c-1) 단계에 따라 얻은 전해질막의 결합층에 인접되도록 배치하고, 이를 전사하고 이 결과물로부터 상기 제2지지막을 박리, 제거하여 촉매 피복막 (CCM)을 얻는 단계;를 포함하여 제1항의 막전극 접합체를 얻는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 d-1) 단계에서 전사압력이 0.001 내지 0.3 ton/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체 의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 d-1) 단계 이후에, 상기 CCM의 양 면에 전극 확산층과 백킹층을 적층하고, 이를 핫 프레스하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막 전극 접합체의 제조방법.
- 전해질막의 양 표면에 전극 촉매층을 포함하는 전극을 구비하며,상기 전해질막과 전극 촉매층 사이에 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체와 점착부여제(tackifier)를 포함하는 결합층을 포함하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법으로서,상기 제조방법이a-2) 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노복합체, 점착부여제 및 제1용매를 혼합하여 결합층 형성용 조성물을 얻는 단계;b-2) 상기 결합층 형성용 조성물을 제1지지막상에 코팅 및 건조하여 결합층을 형성하여 제1전사필름을 얻는 단계;c-2) 상기 제1전사필름의 결합층을 전해질막에 인접되게 배치하고 이를 전사한 후, 이로부터 제1지지막을 박리, 제거하는 단계; 및d-2) 확산층 상부에 금속 촉매, 이오노머 및 제2용매를 혼합하는 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 코팅 및 건조하여 전극 촉매층을 형성하는 단계;e-2) 상기 d-2)에 따라 얻은 전극 촉매층을 상기 c-2)에 따라 얻은 결합층에 적층하여 CCM을 얻는 단계를 포함하여 제1항의 막전극 접합체를 얻는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 e-2) 단계 이후에, 상기 확산층 상부에 백킹층을 적층하고, 이를 핫 프레스하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막 전극 접합체(MEA)의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체가, 술폰화 폴리술폰(sulfonated polysulfone); 및 상기 술폰화 폴리술폰중에 분산되어 있는 비변성 클레이(clay)를 포함하며, 상기 비변성 클레이는 층상 구조를 가지며 상기 층 사이에 술폰화 폴리술폰이 인터칼레이션되어 있거나 상기 층이 박리된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 점착부여제가 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 공중합체, 아크릴계 점착제용 고분자, 폴리우레탄-에테르 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 점착 부여제의 함량이클레이-술폰화 폴리술폰 나노 복합체의 함량 100 중량부에 대하여 3 내지 250 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막전극 접합체의 제조방법.
