Claims (12)
- 하나 이상의 난연성 시스템을 포함하는 폴리아미드 조성물을 형성시켜 수득되는 난연성 물품으로서, 이의 표면 일부 이상에 대해 팽창성 코팅을 포함하며, 폴리아미드 조성물의 난연성 시스템이 포스핀 옥시드, 포스폰산 및 이의 염, 포스핀산 및 이의 염, 시클릭 포스포네이트, 유기 포스페이트, 무기 포스페이트 및 적린으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 인-포함 난연제를 포함하는 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물이 보강 충전제를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 조성물의 난연성 시스템이 트리아진, 시아누르산 및 이소시아누르산, 멜라민 및 이의 유도체, 멜라민 옥살레이트, 프탈레이트, 보레이트, 술페이트, 포스페이트, 폴리포스페이트 및 피로포스페이트, 멜라민으로부터의 응축 산물, 트리스(히드록시에틸) 이소시아누레이트, 벤조구아나민, 구아니딘, 알란토인 및 글리콜루릴로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 질소 유기 화합물 유형의 하나 이상의 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 조성물의 난연성 시스템이 PBDPO (폴리브로모디페닐 옥시드), BrPS (폴리브로모스티렌 및 브롬화 폴리스티렌), 폴리(펜타브로모벤질 아크릴레이트), 브롬화 인단, 테트라데카브로모디페녹시벤젠, 1,2-비스(펜타브로모페닐)에탄, 테트라브로모비스페놀 A 및 브롬화 에폭시 올리고머로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 브롬화 유도체를 포함하는 하나 이상의 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 조성물이 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 5 내지 40 중량% 의 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 팽창성 코팅이 산 공급원, 탄소 공급원, 취입제 및 결합제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 팽창성 코팅이 수성 코팅, 글리세로 코팅, 셀룰로오스 코팅, 비닐 코팅, 아크릴 코팅, 폴리우레탄 코팅 및 에폭시 코팅으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 팽창성 코팅이 페인트 또는 바니시인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압출품 또는 사출품인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 표면과 코팅 사이의 점착성을 증가시키기 위해 표면 처리 단계를 임의로 실행한 후 팽창성 코팅을 물품의 표면 일부 이상에 대해 적용하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 표면과 코팅 사이의 점착성 증가가 플라스마 처리 또는 화염 처리에 의해 유도되는 방법.
