Claims (10)
- 폴리아미드 수지, 비할로겐 난연제, 및 구리계 내열제를 포함하며,175 ℃에서 500 hr의 에이징 후 인장강도 유지율이 초기강도 대비 70% 이상이고,상기 에이징 후 인장신도 유지율이 초기값 대비 10% 이상이며,난연등급 UL-94 V-2 이상인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 상대 점도가 2 내지 5인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지가 나일론 6인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 비할로겐 난연제를 3 내지 15 중량부 및 구리계 내열제를 0.3 내지 5 중량부로 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비할로겐 난연제가 멜라민계 난연제, 금속산화물계 난 연제, 인계 난연제, 또는 실리콘계 난연제로부터 선택된 것인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스파이트계 내열제를 추가로 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 포스파이트계 내열제를 0.1 내지 5 중량부로 추가로 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 포스파이트계 내열제가 비스(2,6-디-테르트-부틸-4-메틸페닐)펜타에르트리톨-디-포스파이트, 테트라키스[메틸렌-3-(라우릴티오)프로피오네이트]메탄, 트리페닐포스파이트, 트리라우릴포스파이트, 트리스(노닐페닐)포스파이트, 트리-이소-옥틸-포스파이트, 트리올레일포스파이트, 트리스(2,4-디-터셔리-부틸페닐)포스파이트, 디페닐-노닐페닐-포스파이트, 페닐-디-이소데실-포스파이트, 또는 트리라우릴-트리-티오-포스파이트로부터 선택된 것인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아미드 수지 조성물을 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지 압출 튜빙 성형품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 산업용 유체 수송 튜브, 약품 수송 튜브, 연료가스 공급용 튜브, 자동차용 연료 튜브, 자동차 케이블 프로텍터, 전선 케이블, 케이블 시스, 또는 케이블 타이의 용도로 사용되는 것인 폴리아미드 수지 압출 튜빙 성형품.
