Claims (4)
- 흑연 분말 입자와 카본블랙 및 피치 탄화물과의 복합 입자로 이루어지고, 복합 입자의 평균 입자 직경(D50)이 8㎛∼15㎛, 비표면적이 15m2/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극재.
- 평균 입자 직경(D50)이 3㎛∼10㎛, 그 표준 편차값이 0.2㎛ 이하인 흑연 분말 입자와 카본블랙을, 1:1.5∼3.0의 중량비로 혼합한 혼합 분말 100 중량부에 대하여, 프리카본을 제거한 피치 또는 퀴놀린 불용분이 1% 미만인 피치를 30∼120 중량부의 비율로 혼합·혼련한 후, 비산화성 분위기에서 1000℃ 이상의 온도로 소성탄화, 또는 더욱 흑연화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극재의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흑연 분말 입자는, C축 방향의 결정자의 크기 Lc(004)가 100nm 이상, (002)면 면간격 d(002)가 0.336nm 미만인 결정성상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극재의 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 카본블랙의 산술 평균 입자 직경이 50nm∼200nm, DBP 흡수량이 40ml/100g∼155ml/100g인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 음극재의 제조 방법.
