Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1의 스캐너를 더 상세하게 도시하는 간략 개략도이다.
도 3은 익스펜더 렌즈의 이동 거리와 초점 렌즈로부터 작업 지점 (레이저 빔 처리 지점) 까지의 거리 사이의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 도시된 실시예에 따른 레이저 용접 장치의 중앙 처리 유닛에 의해 실행되는 제어 작동의 순서도이다.
도 5는 도 4에 도시된 작동 순서도를 실행함에 있어서 중앙 처리 유닛에 의해 실행되는 처리를 설명하기 위한 개략도이다.
Claims (8)
- 아암을 갖는 다축 로봇과,
상기 다축 로봇의 아암의 첨단에 부착되고, 레이저 빔을 작업편에 방출하는 광학계를 구비하는 스캐너를 포함하며,
상기 스캐너는 레이저 빔의 광축과 광학계의 고정 요소 사이의 교점과 일치하는 좌표계의 원점을 갖는 사전 설정 좌표계를 포함하는, 레이저 용접 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학계의 고정 요소는 초점 렌즈인, 레이저 용접 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스캐너의 좌표계의 원점이 교시된 이동 경로를 따라 이동하도록 교시된 이동 경로를 따라 상기 아암을 이동시키기 위해 다축 로봇의 작동을 제어하는 로봇 제어 장치와,
상기 레이저 빔이 작업편의 작업 지점에 방출되도록 스캐너의 광학계의 작동을 제어하는 스캐너 제어 장치를 더 포함하는, 레이저 용접 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 로봇 제어 장치 및 스캐너 제어 장치가 동기화된 방식으로 작동하도록 작동 지령을 발하는 중앙 처리 유닛을 더 포함하는, 레이저 용접 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스캐너의 광학계는,
상기 레이저 빔의 광축 방향을 따라 이동함으로써 초점 거리를 조정하는 익스펜더 렌즈와,
상기 익스펜더 렌즈를 나오는 레이저 빔을 조준하는 조준 렌즈와,
상기 조준 렌즈를 나오는 레이저 빔을 작업편에 스캐닝하는 한 쌍의 스캐닝 미러를 더 포함하는, 레이저 용접 장치. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 익스펜더 렌즈는 모터의 회전 샤프트에 연결되고,
상기 스캐닝 미러는 모터의 회전 샤프트에 각각 연결되고,
상기 모터 각각은 다축 로봇의 아암을 구동시키는데 사용된 모터보다 낮은 관성비 및 높은 분해능을 갖는, 레이저 용접 장치. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 익스펜더 렌즈 및 스캐닝 미러를 구동시키는 모터는 AC 서보모터이고, 상기 익스펜더 렌즈 및 스캐닝 미러는 각각 높은 감속비를 갖는 감속 기어를 통해 상기 AC 서보모터 각각의 회전 샤프트에 연결되는, 레이저 용접 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 스캐너의 광학계는 상기 레이저 빔의 광축 방향의 익스펜더 렌즈의 이동량의 연산 및 초점 거리의 변화량의 연산을 위해 선형 근사법을 이용하는, 레이저 용접 장치.
