Claims (2)
- 차체 프레임 등 용접대상물을 레이저 빔으로 접합하는 레이저 용접방법에 있어서,콘트롤러의 지령에 따라 레이저발진기로 광섬유를 거쳐 전송 가능한 레이저 빔을 발출하고, 발출된 레이저 빔을 레일을 따라 슬라이드 하는 밀러 유니트에 형성된 여러 개의 밀러로 수광하여 진로를 변경한 다음 회전방향과 각도가 자유롭게 변환되는 출광 밀러로 레이저 빔을 조사하여 다관절 아암형 로봇의 로봇팔에 결합되어 실린더에 의하여 작동하는 여러 개의 클램프로 용접지그에 고정된 용접대상물의 위치와 각도를 상기 용접지그의 교체 없이 변환하여 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법.
- 차체 프레임 등 용접대상물에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 접합하는 레이저 용접장치에 있어서,광섬유를 거쳐 전송 가능한 레이저 빔을 발출하는 레이저 발진기와;상기 레이저 발진기에서 발출된 레이저 빔을 레일을 따라 슬라이드 하는 밀러 유니트에 형성된 여러 개의 밀러로 수광하여 진로를 변경한 다음 회전방향과 각도가 자유롭게 변환되는 출광 밀러로 레이저 빔을 조사하도록 구성되며, 양 기둥 사이에 다관절 아암형 로봇의 작업 공간부가 마련된 레이저광선조사기와;상기 레이저광선조사기의 작업 공간부내에서 조사되는 레이저 빔으로 용접대상물을 접합하기 위하여 실린더에 의하여 작동하는 여러 개의 클램프로 상기 용접대상물을 고정하는 용접지그가 로봇팔에 결합된 다관절 아암형 로봇 및;상기 다관절 아암형 로봇을 제어하는 로봇제어기와 레이저발진기 및 레이저광선조사기를 통제하는 콘트롤러로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접장치.
