Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- (a) LNG와 대기 사이의 직접 열교환을 통하여 천연가스스트림을 형성하기 위하여 대기기화기로 흐르도록 상기 LNG를 유도하는 단계;(b) 순환하는 매개유체와의 열교환에 의하여 트림히터에서 미리 결정된 배달온도로 천연가스스트림의 온도를 조절하는 단계;(c) 상기 매개유체가 대기와 열교환을 하기 위하여 상기 매개유체가 대기히터를 통하여 흐르도록 상기 매개유체를 유도하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 대기히터 및 상기 대기기화기 상으로 대기의 흐름을 유도하기 위하여 하나 이상의 강제통풍팬들을 사용하여 열전달을 보조하는 단계로서, 공기가 상기 대기기화기에 도달하기 전에 공기를 냉각하고 건조하기 위하여 공기가 상기 대기히터를 가로질러 흐르게 유도되도록 상기 대기히터가 상기 대기기화기보다 상기 강제통풍팬에 더 가까이 배치되는 단계;를 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 강제통풍팬들은 상기 대기히터 상에 설치되며 상기 대기히터는 상기 대기기화기 위에 설치되고, 공기가 상기 대기기화기에 도달하기 전에 상 기 대기히터를 아래쪽으로 가로질러 흐르도록 유도되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 대기히터 및 상기 대기기화기는 단일시스템으로 배치되고 공통의 강제통풍팬을 공유하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 매개유체의 온도는 0℃ 이상으로 유지되고 상기 대기히터는 수평튜브다발을 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 대기히터는 수평튜브다발을 포함하고, 상기 대기기화기는 수직튜브다발을 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 매개유체의 온도가 보조열원을 사용하여 0℃ 이상으로 유지되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 보조열원은 구성되는 배기가스히터; 전기 물 또는 유체 가열기; 선박의 추진유닛; 디젤엔진; 또는 가스터빈 추진플랜트; 또는 파워생산플랜트로부터의 배기가스스트림으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,매개유체기화기를 통하여 흘러 LNG가 순환하는 매개유체의 일부와 열교환을 하도록 LNG의 바이패스스트림을 유도하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 매개유체는 글리콜, 글리콜-물 혼합물, 메탄올, 프로판올, 프로판, 부탄, 암모니아, 포르산염, 담수(fresh water) 또는 조절된 물(tempered water)로 구성되는 리스트에서 선택되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화공정.
- LNG를 천연가스로 재기화하기 위한 대기기화기;순환하는 매개유체와의 열교환에 의하여 상기 천연가스의 온도를 상승시키기 위한 트림히터;상기 매개유체를 가열하기 위한 대기히터;상기 트림히터와 상기 대기히터 사이에서 상기 매개유체를 순환시키기 위한 순환펌프; 및상기 대기히터 및 상기 대기기화기 상으로 대기의 흐름을 유도하기 위한 하나 이상의 강제통풍팬들을 포함하며,공기가 상기 대기기화기에 도달하기 전에 공기를 냉각하고 건조하기 위하여 상기 대기히터를 가로질러 공기가 흐르게 유도되도록 상기 대기히터가 상기 대기기화기보다 상기 강제통풍팬에 더 가까이 배치되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,공기가 상기 대기기화기에 도달하기 전에 상기 대기히터를 아래쪽으로 가로질러 흐르게 유도되도록 상기 대기히터는 상기 강제통풍팬에 더 가까이 설치되어 상기 대기기화기 위에 설치되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 대기히터는 수평튜브다발을 포함하고, 상기 대기기화기는 수직튜브다발을 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 대기히터는 수평튜브다발을 포함하고, 상기 대기히터에 공급되는 상기 매개유체의 온도를 보조열원을 사용하여 0℃ 보다 큰 온도로 조절하기 위한 제어장치를 추가로 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 보조열원은 배기가스히터; 전기 물 또는 유체 가열기; 선박의 추진유닛; 가열로(fired heater); 디젤엔진; 또는 가스터빈 추진플랜트; 또는 파워생산플랜트로부터의 배기가스스트림으로 구성되는 리스트에서 선택되는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 재기화시설은 LNG 운반선의 선상에 설치되며, 상기 보조열원은 상기 LNG 운반선의 엔진들로부터 회수된 열인 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,LNG가 순환하는 매개유체의 일부와 열교환을 하도록 LNG의 바이패스스트림을 기화시키기 위한 매개유체기화기를 추가로 포함하는 대기를 주열원으로 이용하여 천연가스를 형성하기 위한 LNG의 재기화를 위한 재기화시설.
