Claims (15)
- 회선 교환 제어식 도메인(CS) 내에 위치되는 회선 교환 제어식 사용자의 단말기(MS)에 대한 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 시스템(IMS) 도메인 내의 호를 처리하도록 구성되는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드(MAGCF)에 있어서,회선 교환 호를 상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드(MAGCF)로 경로 지정하는데 이용되는 라우팅 번호를 이용하여 이동 회선 교환 기능부를 서빙하는 서빙 이동 회선 교환 기능부로부터 발신 회선 교환 호를 수신하도록 구성된 발신 회선 교환 논리부(Org CS),상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드 (MAGCF)의 부분인 프럭시 호 제어 기능부 (P-CSCF)를 통해 발신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 도메인 (IMS)으로 송신하도록 구성된 발신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 논리부(Org PS),상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드 (MAGCF)의 부분인 프럭시 호 제어 기능부 (P-CSCF)로 어드레스되는 착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 도메인 (IMS)으로부터 수신하도록 구성된 착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 논리부(Term PS),착신 회선 교환 호를 회선 교환 제어식 사용자의 단말기로 송신하도록 구성된 착신 회선 교환 논리부(Term CS), 및패킷 기반 호 설정 절차를 시작함으로써 상기 발신 회선 교환 호를 상기 발신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호로 변환하고, 회선 교환 호 설정 절차를 개시함으로써 상기 착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 상기 착신 회선 교환 호로 변환하도록 구성된 변환 기능부(Conv)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라우팅 번호는 사용자를 서빙하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드로 호를 경로 지정하는 라우팅 정보로 수정된 다이얼된 사용자의 어드레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라우팅 번호는 사용자를 서빙하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드로 호를 경로 지정하기 위해 호에 지정된 일시 로밍 어드레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 라우팅 번호는 상기 회선 교환 도메인 내에 위치된 사용자의 디렉토리로부터 수신된 사용자를 서빙하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드에 관한 정보에 따라 지정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드는 상기 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 도메인 내에서 상기 회선 교환 제어식 사용자의 등록 절차를 실행하도록 구성된 등록 논리부를 포함하며, 상기 등록 절차는 상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드 내에 서빙 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 노드의 어드레스를 기억하고, 상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드의 어드레스를 상기 서빙 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 노드에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드의 어드레스의 제공은 상기 프럭시 호 제어 기능부의 제공인 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드는 수신된 발신 회선 교환 호가 상기 회선 교환 도메인에서 처리되는 것을 억제하도록 구성된 억제 기능부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드는 수신된 착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 착신하도록 구성된 착신 기능부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드.
- 회선 교환 제어식 도메인 (CS) 내에 위치되는 회선 교환 제어식 사용자의 단말기 (MS)에 대한 호를 처리하는 방법으로서, 상기 호는, 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 도메인 (IMS) 내에서 액세스 게이트웨이 노드(MAGCF)에서 실행되는 다음의 단계로 처리될 수 있는 호 처리 방법에 있어서,회선 교환 호를 상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드(MAGCF)로 경로 지정하는데 이용되는 라우팅 번호를 이용하여 이동 회선 교환 기능을 서빙하는 서빙 이동 회선 교환 기능으로부터 발신 회선 교환 호를 수신하는 단계(20, 21),발신 회선 교환 호를 발신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호로 변환하는 단계(22) 및,패킷 기반 멀티미디어 시스템의 접촉 포인트인 통합된 프럭시 호 제어 기능 을 통해 발신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 도메인으로 송신하는 단계(23)를 포함하는호 발신 절차를 실행하는 단계 및,패킷 기반 멀티미디어 시스템의 접촉 포인트인 통합된 프럭시 호 제어 기능으로 어드레스되는 착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 도메인으로부터 수신하는 단계(30, 31),착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호를 착신 회선 교환 호로 변환하는 단계(32) 및,착신 회선 교환 호를 액세스 게이트웨이 노드로부터 서빙 회선 교환 노드로 경로 지정하는데 이용되는 라우팅 번호를 이용하여 서빙 회선 교환 노드를 통해 착신 회선 교환 호를 회선 교환 제어식 사용자의 단말기로 송신하는 단계(33)를 포함하는호 착신 절차를 실행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호 처리 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 라우팅 번호는 사용자를 서빙하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드로 호를 경로 지정하는 라우팅 정보로 수정된 다이얼된 사용자의 어드레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 호 처리 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 라우팅 번호는 사용자를 서빙하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드로 호를 경로 지정하기 위해 호에 지정된 일시 로밍 어드레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 호 처리 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 라우팅 번호는 상기 회선 교환 도메인 내에 위치된 사용자의 디렉토리로부터 수신된 사용자를 서빙하는 액세스 게이트웨이 노드에 관한 인디케이션에 따라 지정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호 처리 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 수신된 발신 회선 교환 호는 상기 회선 교환 도메인에서 처리되는 것이 상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드에서 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호 처리 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 수신된 착신 패킷 기반 멀티미디어 호는 상기 액세스 게이트웨이 노드에 착신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호 처리 방법.
