Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트의 B-B'선을 따른 횡단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트에서 필름부를 일부 절개하여 내부를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 4의 (a)는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트에서 필름부를 제외한 확장성 스텐트부의 사시도이고, 도 4의 (b)는 이해를 돕기 위해 상기 확장성 스텐트부를 개방형으로 펼쳐서 도시한 것이다.
도 5의 (a)는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트가 병변부위(L)가 있는 혈관 통로(BP)내로 도입되어 펼쳐지기 전 상태를 도시하는 단면도이다. 도 5의 (b)는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트의 확장성 스텐트부 내에 도입된 풍선도자의 풍선(설명의 편의상 미도시)의 팽창에 따라 확장성 스텐트부가 직경방향으로 확장되고 이에 따라 필름부가 늘어나서 병변부위(L)가 있는 혈관 벽(BB)에 밀착된 상태를 도시하는 단면도이다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명의 다른 일실시예에 따른 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트의 구성을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 8은 일반적으로 혈관 내 스텐트 시술 원리를 단계적으로 설명하는 도면이다.

Claims (11)
- 직경방향으로 확장가능하고 지그재그형으로 연결되어 배치된 복수 개의 신축 스트러트와, 상기 복수 개의 신축 스트러트를 길이방향으로 서로 연결하며 직경방향으로 신축가능한 복수 개의 스트러트 이음부를 포함하고, 인체의 내강 또는 혈관 내에서 일정 기간 후에는 분해되는 생분해성 재질로 이루어진 양단이 개방된 원통형의 확장성 스텐트부와,
상기 확장성 스텐트부를 둘러싸면서 제공되고 복수 개의 미세홀이 형성되어 있으며 상기 확장성 스텐트부가 분해되는 기간 보다 짧은 기간 내에 분해되는 생분해성 재질로 이루어진 필름부를 포함하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필름부에는 상기 확장성 스텐트부가 혈관 내에서 팽창시 발생하는 혈관손상을 치료하고 재협착을 방지하는 라파마이신(Rapamycin) 계열의 약물이 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 필름부는 얇은 막의 원통형 베이스필름 상에 복수 개의 미세홀이 형성된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 베이스필름은 연성을 가져 상기 확장성 스텐트부의 직경방향으로의 확장에 따라 직경방향으로 늘어나지만 일단 늘어난 이후에는 원래의 형상으로 복귀되지 않는 물성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 필름부는 상기 확장성 스텐트부 표면 상에 다중 층(multi-layer)으로 제공되어 다양한 약물을 순차적이면서 지속적으로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확장성 스텐트부에는 혈관 내의 세포 이상 증식을 방지하기 위한 스테로이드(Steroid) 계열의 약물이 탑재될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확장성 스텐트부의 신축 스트러트는 직경방향으로는 신축가능하지만 길이방향으로의 변화가 없도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 스테로이드(Steroid) 계열의 약물은 상기 확장성 스텐트부 표면에 스프레이 방식으로 도포되거나 상기 신축 스트러트에 형성된 슬롯에 장입되어 탑재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 확장성 스텐트부가 일정 간격을 두고 복수개 제공되고 이러한 일정한 간격으로 배치된 복수 개의 확장성 스텐트부를 상기 필름부가 둘러싸면서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 확장성 스텐트부의 적어도 일측에는 상기 필름부를 지지하기 위해 복수 개의 평행하는 직선 형태의 지지 구조를 갖는 지지성 스텐트부가 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 확장성 스텐트부와 상기 지지성 스텐트부는 서로 교대로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 약물전달 필름을 구비하는 생분해성 스텐트.
