Claims (6)
- 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극 합제층을 가지는 음극, 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극 합제층을 가지는 양극, 세퍼레이터 및 비수전해액을 포함하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지에 있어서,
상기 음극 활물질은, 파장 514.5 nm의 아르곤 레이저로 여기시켰을 때의 라만 스펙트럼의 R값이 0.2 이상 0.8 이하이고, 002면의 면간격(d002)이 0.340 nm 이하인 탄소재료를 포함하고,
상기 탄소재료의 비율이, 상기 음극 활물질 전체에 대하여, 60 질량% 이상이고,
상기 음극 합제층의 밀도가, 1.40 g/㎤ 이상 1.60 g/㎤ 이하이며,
상기 세퍼레이터는,
융점이 120℃ 이상 140℃ 이하인 수지를 포함하는 다공질층과,
융점이 150℃ 이상인 수지를 포함하는 다공질층 또는 내열 온도가 150℃ 이상인 무기입자를 주체로 하는 다공질층을 포함하는 적층체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 음극 활물질의 BET 비표면적이, 1.5 ㎡/g 이상 4.5 ㎡/g 이하인 리튬 이온 2차 전지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은, 스피넬 구조의 리튬망간 산화물, 층 형상 구조의 리튬니켈코발트 복합산화물 및 오리빈 구조의 리튬 복합화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은, 스피넬 구조의 리튬망간 산화물과, 층 형상 구조의 리튬니켈코발트 복합산화물을 포함하고, 상기 리튬니켈코발트 복합산화물의 비율이, 상기 양극 활물질 전체에 대하여, 50 질량% 이상 80 질량% 이하인 리튬 이온 2차 전지. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 1 g당 전기 용량(PC)과, 상기 음극 활물질 1 g당 전기 용량(NC)과의 비(PC/NC)를, 상기 양극 합제층과 상기 음극 합제층이 대향하는 면에 서, 0.97 이상 1.10 이하로 한 리튬 이온 2차 전지. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 1 g당 전기 용량(PC)과, 상기 음극 활물질 1 g당 전기 용량(NC)과의 비(PC/NC)를, 상기 양극 합제층과 상기 음극 합제층이 대향하는 면에서, 0.97 이상 1.10 이하로 한 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
