Claims (30)
- 금속 재료와 수지 재료의 접합 방법이며, 금속 재료와 수지 재료를 합치고 클램프로 고정시킨 상태하에 접합부의 수지 재료에서 기포가 발생되도록 레이저 광원을 이용하여 접합부의 수지 재료를 가열함으로써 1 MPa 이상의 인장 전단 강도를 갖는 접합부를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열 온도는 수지에서 기포가 접합부 부근으로부터의 이동을 수반하지 않는 온도인 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구(sphere) 상당 직경이 0.01 ㎜ 내지 3 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 열가소성 수지 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 폴리카르보네이트, 나일론6, 나일론12, PA12계 비정질성 폴리아미드, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리아릴레이트로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 폴리카르보네이트이고, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구 상당 직경이 0.01 ㎜ 내지 1 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 나일론6이고, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구 상당 직경이 0.05 ㎜ 내지 1 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 나일론12이고, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구 상당 직경이 0.01 ㎜ 내지 0.3 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 PA12계 비정질성 폴리아미드이고, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구 상당 직경이 0.01 ㎜ 내지 1.5 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트이고, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구 상당 직경이 0.03 ㎜ 내지 1 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 폴리아릴레이트이고, 접합부의 수지 재료에서 발생되는 기포의 구 상당 직경이 0.01 ㎜ 내지 0.5 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5 MPa 이상의 인장 전단 강도를 갖는 접합부를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 접합 방법.
