도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 따른 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 따른 가열접합단계의 세부 공정도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 따라 접합된 시편의 접합부 단면도이다.

- 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 있어서,
CFRP 복합판재의 비점이 알루미늄 판재의 융점보다 낮게 설정된 상기 CFRP 복합판재와 알루미늄 판재를 상호 겹친 상태로, 지그 상의 전자 마그네틱 상에 상기 알루미늄 판재를 상부로 하여 로딩하고, 상기 알루미늄 판재의 상면에는 중앙에 관통홀을 갖는 금속블록을 안착시키는 로딩단계;
상기 지그 상의 전자 마그네틱을 작동하여 자력으로 상기 금속블록을 끌어당겨 상기 CFRP 복합판재와 알루미늄 판재를 상호 압착하는 압착단계;
상기 압착단계의 상태에서, 상기 알루미늄 판재의 상면에 대하여 비초점 구간의 레이저빔을 열원으로 2kJ/min ~ 2.4kJ/min 범위내에서 입열 가열하여 알루미늄 판재로부터의 열전달에 의해 상기 CFRP 복합판재의 접합부 일정영역을 가열함과 동시에, 상기 알루미늄 판재의 접합부 표면이 상기 CFRP 복합판재의 접합부 일정영역에 부분 용입되도록 하는 가열단계;
상기 CFRP 복합판재의 접합부 일정영역이 비점에 도달하면, CFRP 복합판재의 접합부 일정영역의 용융수지 내부에 발생되는 고압버블이 급격하게 팽창하여 접합 경계면에서 터지면서 상기 부분 용입 상태인 알루미늄 판재의 접합부 표면을 거칠게 하는 표면처리단계;
상기 알루미늄 판재의 거칠어진 표면에 상기 CFRP 복합판재의 용융수지가 침투되는 수지침투단계;
상기 열원을 제거하고, 자연냉각을 통해 상기 CFRP 복합판재와 알루미늄 판재가 냉각되도록 하여 상기 알루미늄 판재의 거칠어진 표면에 침투된 상기 CFRP 복합판재의 용융수지가 고화되도록 하여 접합하는 냉각단계;
를 포함하는 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 가열단계에서, 상기 레이저빔의 가열조건은 용접속도가 10mm/sec이고, 출력이 1200W이고, 입사각도가 15°로 이루어지는 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 비초점 구간의 레이저빔은
초점으로부터의 거리가 80mm 이상의 구간에서 설정되는 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 CFRP 복합판재의 비점은
240℃ ~ 260℃ 온도범위 내에서 설정되는 알루미늄 판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법.
