Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 따른 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 적용되는 금속판재의 표면처리의 예시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 금속판재의 접합부 표면을 초점구간의 고주파 펄스 레이저빔으로 미세 표면 처리하여 상기 금속판재의 표면으로부터 돌출되어 형성되는 스크래치면을 형성하는 표면처리단계;
CFRP 복합판재의 접합부 표면에 상기 스크래치면이 접촉되도록 상기 금속판재를 겹친 상태로, 지그 상에 구성되는 전자 마그네틱에 접하여 상기 CFRP 복합판재가 안착되도록 로딩하는 로딩단계;
상기 지그 상의 전자 마그네틱의 자력에 의해 상기 금속판재를 당기는 힘으로 상기 CFRP 복합판재와 금속판재를 상호 압착하는 압착단계;
상기 CFRP 복합판재와 금속판재의 압착 상태를 유지하면서, 가열금형의 작동 실린더를 전진 구동하여 상기 금속판재의 스크래치면에 대응하는 외면에 상기 가열금형을 접촉시킨 상태로 가열금형을 통해 접촉 가열하여 상기 금속판재의 열전달에 의해 상기 CFRP 복합판재의 융점까지 가열하는 가열단계;

상기 금속판재는
스틸 또는 마그네슘 합금을 소재로 하는 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법. - 삭제
