Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 따른 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법에 적용되는 금속판재의 표면처리의 예시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 금속판재의 접합부 표면을 초점구간의 고주파 펄스 레이저빔으로 미세 표면 처리하여 상기 금속판재의 표면으로부터 돌출되어 형성되는 스크래치면을 형성하는 표면처리단계;
CFRP 복합판재의 접합부 표면에 상기 스크래치면이 접촉되도록 상기 금속판재를 겹친 상태로, 지그 상에 구성되는 전자 마그네틱에 접하여 상기 CFRP 복합판재가 안착되도록 로딩하는 로딩단계;
상기 지그 상의 전자 마그네틱의 자력에 의해 상기 금속판재를 당기는 힘으로 상기 CFRP 복합판재와 금속판재를 상호 압착하는 압착단계;
상기 CFRP 복합판재와 금속판재의 압착 상태를 유지하면서, 상기 금속판재의 스크래치면에 대응하는 외면에 비초점구간의 레이저빔을 조사하여 상기 CFRP 복합판재의 융점까지 가열하는 가열단계;
를 포함하는 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속판재는
스틸 또는 마그네슘 합금을 소재로 하는 금속판재와 탄소 섬유 강화 플라스틱 복합판재의 접합방법. - 삭제
