도 1은 본 발명에 따른 응축핵계수기 유닛을 도식적으로 도시한 도면.
도 2는 이에 해당하는 상이한 유닛을 보다 자세하게 도식적으로 도시한 도면.
Claims (3)
- 샘플링 섹션(1)으로부터 공급라인(2)을 통해 흐르는 고형 입자들로 채워진 가스가 흐르며 다공성 포화요소(15)를 가진 가열포화유닛을 포함하여 구성되고,
부속 리저버(4)에서 오는 작동유체가 상기 가열 포화유닛(3), 상기 가열 포화유닛의 다운스트림에 있는 응축유닛(6), 뿐만 아니라 상기 응축유닛(6)의 다운스트림에 있는 입자계수기(7)로 공급되는 응축핵계수기에 있어서,
상기 가열 포화유닛(3)의 작동유체용 리저버(4)는 압력균등화라인(9)에 의해 고형 입자들로 채워진 가스의 샘플링 섹션(1)과 연결되는 응축핵계수기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
필터(14)는 압력균등화라인(9) 내에서 리저버(4)와 근접한 영역(close-up region)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응축핵계수기. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
포화유닛(3)으로의 공급라인(2)에 무관하게(independent), 샘플링 섹션(1)에는 조절가능 밸브(13)가 장착된 배기라인(10)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응축핵계수기.
