Claims (5)
- 미립자가 부유되고 있는 기체를 작동유체로 포화시켜 포화기체를 생성하는 포화기와, 상기 포화기로부터 공급되는 상기 미립자를 핵으로 액체방울이 생성되도록 상기 포화기체를 응축하는 응축기와, 상기 응축기로부터 공급되는 상기 액체방울을 광학적으로 검출하는 광학입자 계수기를 구비하는 응축핵 계수기에 있어서,상기 응축기는 상기 포화기와 상기 광학입자 계수기를 연결하는 응축기 튜브를 가지며, 상기 응축기 튜브의 내면에 상기 포화기체의 흐름이 가능하도록 친수성 튜브가 장착되어 있는 응축핵 계수기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 튜브는 복수의 기공들을 갖는 다공성 튜브로 이루어지는 응축핵 계수기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 튜브는 산화티탄, 친수성 폴리머 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 응축핵 계수기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동유체는 물로 이루어지는 응축핵 계수기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 포화기의 온도는 상기 물의 증발을 위하여 60~70℃로 유지되어 있으며, 상기 응축기의 온도는 수증기의 응축을 위하여 20℃로 유지되어 있는 응축핵 계수기.
