Claims (3)
- 加熱されて固体粒子を積み込み取出し領域(1)から供給導管(2)を介して供給されたガスから貫流した飽和ユニット(3)であって、接続された貯蔵槽(4)から作業液体が供給される多孔飽和要素(15)を包含する飽和ユニット(3)と、飽和ユニット(3)に後方接続されて冷却された凝縮ユニット(6)並びに凝縮ユニット(6)の下流に位置した粒子カウンタ(7)とを備える凝縮核カウンタにおいて、飽和ユニット(3)の作業液体用の貯蔵槽(4)が圧力補償導管(9)を介して固体粒子を積み込むガスの取出し領域(1)と接続されていることを特徴とするカウンタ。
- 圧力補償導管(9)には、フィルタ(14)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカウンタ。
- 取出し領域(1)が飽和ユニット(3)に対する供給導管(2)と無関係に流出導管(10)を有し、この流出導管には制御可能な弁(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載のカウンタ。
