Claims (3)
- 금속촉매의 두께를 제어하여 상기 금속촉매를 기판상에 배치하는 공정과,상기 금속촉매로부터 복수의 카본 나노튜브를 반응 분위기 가스 중에서 탄소원으로서 탄소화합물을 사용하고, 또한 반응 분위기 중에 수증기, 오존, 메탄올, 에탄올, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소, 또는 이들의 혼합 가스를 첨가하여 기상성장법에 의해 소정의 방향으로 배향시켜 형광 X선으로 측정한 순도;98% 이상, 비표면적;800~2500㎡/g의 생성물을 얻는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향 단층 카본 나노튜브?벌크 구조체의 제조방법.
- 금속촉매의 두께를 제어하여 상기 금속촉매를 기판상에 배치하는 공정과,상기 기판상의 금속촉매를 패터닝하는 공정과,상기 금속촉매로부터 복수의 카본 나노튜브를 반응 분위기 가스 중에서 탄소원으로서 탄소화합물을 사용하고, 또한 반응 분위기 중에 수증기, 오존, 메탄올, 에탄올, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소, 또는 이들의 혼합 가스를 첨가하여 기상성장법에 의해 소정의 방향으로 배향시켜 형광 X선으로 측정한 순도;98% 이상, 비표면적;800~2500㎡/g의 생성물을 얻는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향 단층 카본 나노튜브?벌크 구조체의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 배향 단층 카본 나노튜브?벌크 구조체의 형상은, 박막상, 원기둥상 및 각기둥상 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 배향 단층 카본 나노튜브?벌크 구조체의 제조방법.
