Claims (9)
- 분광 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 500 cm-1 이상 600 cm-1 이하의 파수 영역에 적어도 하나의 흡수 피크를 갖는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체와, 용매를 포함하고,
상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체는 카본 나노튜브를 포함하고,
상기 카본 나노튜브를 포함하는 상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체는, 비표면적이 400 m2/g 이하인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체의 산소 원자 비율이 11 at% 이상인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체는 카본 나노튜브를 포함하고,
상기 카본 나노튜브를 포함하는 상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체는, G/D비가 2.0 미만인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 분광 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 200 cm-1 이상 300 cm-1 이하의 파수 영역에 적어도 하나의 흡수 피크를 갖는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체를 산화 처리하는 공정(A)와,
상기 공정(A)를 거쳐 얻어진 산 처리 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체를 포함하는 혼합액을 분산 처리하여, 분광 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 500 cm-1 이상 600 cm-1 이하의 파수 영역에 적어도 하나의 흡수 피크를 갖는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체가 분산되어 이루어지는 분산액을 얻는 공정(B)
를 포함하는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 공정(A)를 거쳐 얻어진 상기 산 처리 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체의 산소 원자 비율이 11 at% 이상인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액의 제조 방법. - 분광 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서, 500 cm-1 이상 600 cm-1 이하의 파수 영역에 적어도 하나의 흡수 피크를 갖는 동시에, 산소 원자 비율이 11 at% 이상이고, 또한,
카본 나노튜브를 포함하고, 비표면적이 400 m2/g 이하인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
카본 나노튜브를 포함하여 이루어지고, 또한,
G/D비가 2.0 미만인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체. - 삭제
