- 제 1 항에 있어서,
분산제의 함유량이 0.05 질량% 미만인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용매 1 L 중의 상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체의 농도가, 1 mg/L 이상인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
개수 기준의 모드 직경이 500 nm 보다 큰 입자가 포함되지 않는, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
개수 기준의 모드 직경이 300 nm 보다 큰 입자가 포함되지 않는, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
금속 불순물의 농도가 1×1018 원자/cm3 미만인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
금속 불순물의 농도가 15×1010 원자/cm3 미만인, 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 분산액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
