Claims (6)
- C:0.03 내지 0.15질량%, Si:0.25질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함함), Mn:1.0 내지 2.0질량%, P:0.03질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음), S:0.015질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음), Al:0.005 내지 0.05질량%, Ti:0.010 내지 0.080질량%, Nb:0.002 내지 0.10질량%, Ca:0.0005 내지 0.010질량% 및 N:0.002 내지 0.020질량%를 각각 함유하고, 잔량부가 철 및 불가피 불순물이며,원상당 직경으로 0.05㎛ 미만의 Ti 함유 질화물이 1㎟당 5.0×106개 이상,원상당 직경으로 0.05 내지 1.0㎛의 Ti 함유 질화물이 1㎟당 1.0×105개 이상,및 원상당 직경으로 1.0㎛ 초과의 Ti 함유 질화물이 1㎟당 5개 이하 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 후강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면으로부터 깊이 t/4(t:판 두께)의 위치에서의 섬 형상 마르텐사이트의 면적 비율이 5% 이하인, 후강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ni:1.5질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음), Cu:1.5질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음), Cr:1.5질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음) 및 Mo:1.5질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 더 포함하는 것인, 후강판.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성에 부가하여, 이하의 (a) 내지 (c)군 중 적어도 1군을 더 포함하는, 후강판.(a) V:0.1질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음),(b) B:0.005질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음),(c) Zr:0.02질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음), REM:0.02질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조성에 부가하여, 이하의 (a) 내지 (c)군 중 적어도 1군을 더 포함하는, 후강판.(a) V:0.1질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음),(b) B:0.005질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음),(c) Zr:0.02질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음), REM:0.02질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상.
