Claims (5)
- C : 0.01 내지 0.08 %(「질량%」의 의미. 이하 동일), Si : 0.30 % 이하(0 %를 포함함), Mn : 0.5 내지 2.0 %, Al : 0.01 내지 0.05 %, Cr : 0.5 내지 2.0 %, Nb : 0.005 내지 0.050 %, Ti : 0.010 내지 0.040 %, B : 0.0010 내지 0.0050 %, N : 0.0020 내지 0.0100 %, Ca : 0.0050 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)를 각각 함유하고, 잔량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 하기 (1)식에서 규정되는 BP값이 120 내지 300(질량%)의 범위에 있는 동시에, 하기 (2)식에서 규정되는 Pcm값이 0.20(질량%) 이하이며, 또한 원 상당 직경으로 0.05 ㎛ 이하의 Ti 함유 질화물이 1 ㎟당 5.0 × 106개 이상 존재하고, 이 중 원 상당 직경으로 0.01 내지 0.03 ㎛의 Ti 함유 질화물 갯수가 전체 Ti 함유 질화물 갯수에 대해 75 % 이상을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성이 우수한 고장력 강판.BP값 = 414[C] + 78[Si] + 31[Mn] + 79[Cr] - 14[Cu] - 26[Ni] + 2280[Nb] + 218[Mo] …(1)Pcm값 = [C] + [Si]/30 + [Mn]/20 + [Cu]/20 + [Ni]/60 + [Cr]/20 + [Mo]/15 + [V]/10 + 5[B] …(2)단, [C], [Si], [Mn], [Cr], [Cu], [Ni], [Nb], [Mo], [V] 및 [B]는 각각 C, Si, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Nb, Mo, V 및 B의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 Cu 및 Ni 중 1종 이상을 2.0 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음) 함유하는 것인 고장력 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한, Mo : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음) 및 V : 0.1 내지 0.5 % 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것인 고장력 강판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 또한 Mo : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음) 및 V : 0.1 내지 0.5 % 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것인 고장력 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 Mg, Zr 및 REM으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소 : 합계로 0.010 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)를 함유하는 것인 고장력 강판.
