Claims (10)
- (a) 그라핀 함유 액상물을 마련하는 단계;(b) 상기 그라핀 함유 액상물을 모재에 코팅하여 코팅막을 형성시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 코팅막을 압착하는 단계; 를 포함하는 배향(配向) 그라핀 함유 코팅물 제조방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 폴리머 바인더에 그라핀을 혼합한 후 열을 가하여 액상으로 전환시키는 과정으로 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향 그라핀 함유 코팅물 제조방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계에 적용되는 그라핀은 흑연을 가공하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 배향 그라핀 함유 코팅물 제조방법.
- 제3항에서,상기 흑연을 가공하는 방법은 화학적 산화방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 배향 그라핀 함유 코팅물 제조방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (b)단계의 코팅방법은 딥코팅, 그라비아코팅, 롤투롤코팅, 스핀코팅, 프린팅, 스크린프린팅, 잉크젯프린팅, 스프레이코팅 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 배향 그라핀 함유 코팅물 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 배향 그라핀 함유 코팅물에서 코팅막을 벗겨내어 필름으로 제조하는 배향 그라핀 함유 필름 제조방법.
