Abstract
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에서는, 전기전도성 등의 물성이 매우 우수한 그래핀(graphene)을 포함하는 고분자 수지 조성물을 소지강판 표면에 코팅함으로써 고분자 수지 조성물에 의한 내식성뿐만 아니라, 그래핀 고유의 특성도 우수하게 확보할 수 있는 표면처리강판을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 소지강판 및 상기 소지강판 상부에 그래핀을 함유하는 고분자 수지층을 포함하고, 상기 그래핀은 상기 고분자 수지층 내에서 소지강판을 향하거나 고분자 수지층의 표층을 향하여 배열되어 있는 것인 표면처리강판.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀은 상기 고분자 수지층 내에서 농축된 층으로 존재하거나, 판상(sheet)으로 존재하는 표면처리강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀을 함유하는 고분자 수지층은 평균 두께 0.5~5.0μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면처리강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀을 함유하는 고분자 수지층은 바인더 수지로 우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지, 에스테르 수지 및 올레핀 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 전체 수지 조성물 중량부 대비 10~90 중량부로 포함하고, 잔부 물로 이루어진 고분자 수지 조성물에 0.01~20중량%의 그래핀을 포함하는 조성물로 이루어진 표면처리강판.
- 소지강판을 준비하는 단계; 상기 소지강판 상부에 그래핀을 함유하는 고분자 수지 조성물을 코팅하는 단계; 및 상기 코팅된 소지강판을 건조 및 경화시켜 그래핀을 함유하는 고분자 수지층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 건조시 상기 코팅된 소지강판 하부에서 -200~200V(0은 제외)의 전압을 인가하여, 상기 고분자 수지층 내에서 상기 그래핀이 배열되도록 하는 표면처리강판의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀을 함유하는 고분자 수지 조성물은 바인더 수지로 우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지, 에스테르 수지 및 올레핀 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 전체 수지 조성물 중량부 대비 10~90 중량부로 포함하고, 잔부 물로 이루어진 고분자 수지 조성물에 0.01~20중량%의 그래핀을 포함하는 조성물인 표면처리강판의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 건조시 상기 코팅된 소지강판 하부에서 -200~0 미만V의 전압을 인가한 후 경화시키면 상기 그래핀이 고분자 수지층 내에서 표층을 향하여 존재하는 표면처리강판의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 건조시 상기 코팅된 소지강판 하부에서 0 초과~+200V의 전압을 인가한 후 경화시키면 상기 그래핀이 고분자 수지층 내에서 소지강판을 향하여 존재하는 표면처리강판의 제조방법.
